La présente invention concerne un dispositif facilitant la constitution des emballages en carton ou analogue réalisés par pliage d'un flan pourvu de pré-pliures
L'utilisation d'emballages étanches réalisés à partir de flans comportant des pré-pliures de montage et découpes d'assemblage est de plus en plus répandue notamment pour le transport des déchets hospitaliers .Actuellement il existe un certain nombre d'emballages de ce type ,entre autre ceux faisant l'objet des brevets Français publiés sous les nO 2 619 788 et 2 657 843, qui sont réalisés à partir d'un flan .Cette technique ,si elle a l'avantage de permettre la réalisation sans accessoires tels que ruban adhésif agrafe ou autre d'emballages étanches dans leur partie inférieure ,présente l'inconvénient d'être malaisée à mettre en oeuvre en ce sens qu'il est trés difficile à une personne seule de réaliser les différents pliages et assemblages nécessaires à la constitution de ce type d'emballage
La présente invention a pour but de surmonter cet inconvénient à l'aide d'un dispositif se présentant sous la forme d'un bâti qui permet à une personne de constituer seule ,aisément et rapidement , des emballages à l'aide de flans dotés de pré-pliures et découpes d'assemblage
Selon l'invention ledit bâti comprend - une embase ,au gabarit du fond desdits emballages ou extensible , aui assure la stabilité de ces derniers - au moins deux guides latéraux comportant des moyens destinés à maintenir deux des parois desdits emballages dans une position verticale facilitant les différentes opérations de montage

Sur la figure 1 on a représenté un bâti 1 comprenant ::une embase 2 et deux guides latéraux 3 présentant chacun un pan coupé interne 4 et comportant une ouverture 5 destinée d'une part à loger une poignée de transport 6 et d'autre part à l'amarrage de moyens de fixation constitués de crochets 7 solidaires de sangles élastiques 8 et / ou d'une entretoise 11
Sur la figure 2 on a représenté le bâti 1 dans lequel est positionné un emballage 9 ,en cours de montage ,représenté par des lignes discontinues
Pour ce faire on a préalablement formé un U avec un flan approprié que l'on a ensuite aisément introduit entre les guides 3 grâce à leurspans-coupés 4 puis on a formé des rebords internes 10 ,destinés à retenir un couvercle que l'on a ensuite emprisonnés dans les crochets 7 des deux sangles élastiques 8 pour maintenir ledit flan dans le bâti 1 .Ainsi immobilisé il est trés facile de poursuivre la constitution de l'emballage 9 sans être obligé de maintenir manuellement d'une part ses deux cotés verticaux et d'autre part ses rebords repliés
Sur les figures 3 et 4 on a représenté un bâti 1-A comprenant :une embase 2-A ,constituée par un cadre qui permet de réduire le volume de la matière utilisée pour sa réalisation ,et de deux guides supplémentaires 3-A dont la fonction est de relever automatiquement puis de maintenir dans une position verticale les dotés de l'emballage 9 sous l'action des sangles élastiques 8 dés que les replis 12 ont été repoussés vers l'extérieur
Sur la figure 5 on a représenté un bâti 1-B comprenant :une embase 2-A extensible et des guides : 3-B amovibles ;3-C repliables ;3-D fixes , amovibles ou repliables constitués de tiges rigides,équipées de crochets 7-A coulissants,ayant la même fonction que les sangles 8 du bâti 1
Sur la figure 6 on a représenté un bâti 1-C ,comprenant une embase 2-B constituée par un cadre formant des guides 3-E et 3-F dotés de tiges rigides équipées de crochets coulissants 7-A ,illustrant le second mode d'utilisation des différents bâtis dans lesquels le flan est non pas placé dans mais sous lesdits bâtis .Dans ce second mode d'utilisation les bâtis sont réalisés avec une embase d'une taille réduite permettant leur passage dans l'ouverture del'emballage ,comportant des rebords internes ,lorsqu'il est entièrement monté
Pour faciliter son transport et ou son stockage le bâti 1 ,1-A ,1-B 1-C est réalisé avec des guides 3 ,3-A ,3-D ,3-E ,3-F repliables ou amovibles qui permettent de réduire son encombrement

According to the invention, said frame comprises - a base, at the gauge of the bottom of said packages or extendable, which ensures the stability of the latter - at least two lateral guides comprising means intended to hold two of the walls of said packages in a vertical position facilitating the different assembly operations
