Abstract

The plate (1) is made in card or synthetic material and has a dished centre (4) and a flat rim. The rim has a wider part (3) which has a circular hole (2) through it to hold a glass, without it encroaching on the centre of the plate. The rim can have several wider parts each of which has a hole in it. The wider part can also have a hole by which the plate can be suspended from the rod of a display stand. The hole can have radial slots all round it. USE - Disposable plate or dish holding glass for eating when standing up.
