La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de guidage des éléments filaires d'entraînement des convoyeurs de produits alimentaires dans le domaine de l'industrie alimentaire et plus particulièrement de l'industrie fromagère. Afin de permettre l'évacuation et éventuellement la récupération du sérum qui s'écoule des fromages une cuve longitudinale en forme de gouttière est placée sous les éléments filaires. Le guidage et le maintien des brins conducteurs des éléments filaires est assuré par des galets à gorge montés en rotation libre sur des axes horizontaux et transversaux solidaires des bords de la cuve.
