Abstract

This is a soundproofing booth (10) of the kind comprising, on the one hand, a self-supporting frame (11), and, on the other hand, a covering (12) of soundproofing panels (13) carried by this framework (11). Description

"Soundproofing booth" The present invention relates in a manner

  general soundproofing cabins of the type that are for example used to isolate a particularly noisy machine from the rest of a room, or, conversely, to protect a particularly noisy environment

  In a first form of implementation, this frame is put in place with the soundproofing panels

  It consists in fact of plates which, acting at the ends of panels formed of such soundproofing panels, partially cover, both on their outer face and on their internal face, the soundproofing panels present at the ends of these panels, and which are connected to each other by transverse rods

appropriate for their maintenance.

  If such a framework has the advantage of intervening in the same thickness of the soundproofing panels, without projecting on them, it does not significantly increase the possible dimensions for the cabins

soundproofing thus achieved.

  In particular, it does not allow the establishment of floors. In addition, and as before, it is very difficult, if not impossible, with such soundproofing booths, to remove on demand one or more panels

  soundproofing when necessary.

  For the realization of soundproofing booths of relatively large dimensions, it is implemented a self-supporting frame, the soundproofing panels thus constituting more than a dressing which, reported from

  outside on this frame, is duly worn by it.

  But in this case, the main disadvantage of the frame to protrude inside the soundproofing cabins thus achieved, to the detriment of both the aesthetics of them as the possibility of their

internal layout.

  In addition, and as before, the soundproofing panels are most often caught between two smooth

  U-profile, with the disadvantages already indicated.

  The present invention generally relates to a provision to overcome in a very simple way these difficulties while allowing if desired the realization of soundproof booths dimensions

relatively important.

  More specifically, it relates to a soundproofing cabin of the type comprising, for the constitution of an acoustic cowling, on the one hand, a self-supporting frame, and, on the other hand, a soundproofing panel cladding carried by this frame, this soundproofing cabin being generally characterized in that, the frame comprising framework elements defining between them a plurality of individual spaces, and preferably, but not necessarily, modular, the covering of soundproofing panels is itself divided into as many sections as there are such individual spaces, and each of these panels, formed of at least one soundproofing panel, constitutes a filling for the corresponding individual space, extending between the frame elements that delimit it.   According to the invention, both the posts 15A and the rails 15B are profiles whose cross-section is in the general Z-shape, these posts 15A and these smooth bars 15B having, in a similar way, on the one hand, a central core 20, and, on the other hand, two lateral wings 21 which, perpendicular to the central core 20, extend in directions

  opposite to each other.

  Preferably, and as shown in FIGS. 6, 7 and 8, the central core 20 of a post 15 A comprises,

  It suffices to introduce this post 15A of bias between these uprights 28, then to cause it to be pressed against them by pivoting about an axis perpendicular to the

sole 26.

  For fixing, by bolting, to the ground 30 to equip, a base 25 thus formed, the sole 26 of this base

has 32 round holes.

  In the embodiment shown, these holes 32

are four in number.

  Two each extend respectively close to the wing of smaller width of the uprights 28, to be closer to the corresponding pole 15A, and the other two, arranged diagonally with the preceding, extend to the contrary in the vicinity transverse sides of the sole 26,

  to oppose a possible inflation of it to dangling.

  For the fixing of a pole 15 A, the uprights 28 each have, on their wing of greater width, a series of round holes 33 distributed according to their height at the pitch of the oblong holes 23 of the wings 21 of this pole 15 A. As indicated previously, the smooth bars B have a constitution substantially similar to that of the poles 15 A, FIGS. 6, 9 and 10.

  But their central core is smooth.

  In other words, it is devoid of rib.

  In addition, their wings 21 each comprise respectively along their edge straight returns 34 which, parallel to the central core 20, extend one and the other

towards the inside.

  The central core 20 of the rails 15 B has substantially the same width as the central core 20 of the posts 15 A, and likewise their wings 21 have substantially the same width as those of these

last.

  For attachment to a post 15 A, the wings 21 of a rail 15 B comprise, at a distance from one another, two sets of

two round holes 35.

  They also comprise, from place to place, near the central core 20, in the manner of the round holes 24

  Two smooth 15B being disposed at the same level on either side of the same pole 15A, Figure 6, one of these smooth B is backed by one of its wings 21 to one of wings 21 of the pole 15 A, on the inner face thereof, while, by its opposite wing 21, the other smooth B is backed against the other wing 21 of the pole A, also on the inner face of the latter, being separated from the first by the central core of the pole 15 A. Together, two smooth 15 B being staggered in height along the same pole 15 A, Figure 3, these smooth 15 B are arranged alternately, with the outer wing 21

  sometimes directed upwards and sometimes downwards.

  In practice, for the beam 15 B disposed at the top of a pole 15 A, the outer flange 21 is directed upwards, to allow, according to the arrangements described

  in more detail later, the implementation of a roof.

  The frame elements 15 also comprise, for the joining of the rails 15 B to the post 15 A, to the nodes of

  the frame 11, connecting elements.

  Regarding the smooth 15 B abutting an intermediate pole 15 A, there are thus 15 C flat plates, or standard, which connect them to the wing 21 of the post 15 A opposite

  to that to which they are backed.

  Of generally rectangular outline, these flat C 15 plates comprise, in rectangle, for the necessary bolting,

  With regard to the rails 15 B abutting on a post 15 A disposed on the edge, there are, in analogous arrangements, on the one hand, angle plates D, which, in the form of an angle, are intended to intervene on the outside, and, on the other hand, angled splints 15 'D, which, also being in the form of an angle, are

  intended to intervene inside.

  The frame members 15 also include the

  base of 15 A poles, skirting boards.

  In the embodiment shown, on the one hand, there are, on the one hand, alignment skirting boards 15 E intended to intervene on the outside, and, on the other hand, alignment skirting boards MS'E intended to intervene. galvanized steel.

  It is preferentially associated with them, externally,

  According to arrangements, which do not need to be described in all their details here, there is thus, both externally and internally, on the side walls 17 of the soundproofing cabin 10, vertical closure elements 45 A for poles 15 A, horizontal closure elements 45 B for beams 15 B, and, at the intersection of these closure elements 45 A, 45 B, closure elements 45 C. also, along the edges of this soundproofing booth 10, wedge-shaped closure elements 45 D, or 45 ', one on the outside, the other on the inside.   It divides the corresponding space into two equal individual spaces 51, parallel to two rows of beams B. In the manner of the individual spaces 16 of the side walls 17, these individual spaces 51 of the roof 50 are closed by sections 52 of the cladding 12 formed of a plurality of soundproofing panels 13, which, arranged side by side, extend from the roof transom 15 F to the rails 15 B

parallel to it.

  For mounting a soundproof cabin 10

  according to the invention, it can be proceeded as follows.

  At first, the execution of a plot on the floor 30, and the positioning of the bases 25 are carried out

following this route.

  It is then proceeded to a pre-assembly skirting alignment E 15, which allows to adjust closer to the

  final position of the soundproofing cabin 10 to be mounted.

  It is then proceeded to the bolting of the bases 25 on the ground 30, which finally freezes the position of

this soundproofing cabin 10.

  Of course, when placing the bases 25, it is made sure that they have a suitable orientation

  to that corresponding poles 15A.

  In practice, with regard to the poles 15 A arranged along the edges of the soundproofing cabin 10, it is important for the outer wing 21 of these poles 15 A to extend outwards, and that their Inner wing 21

extends inwards.

  It is also important that the engagement of these posts A on their respective bases is in the direction for which the stiffening ribs 22 of their central webs 20 are oriented towards each other for two opposite side walls 17 of the soundproofing cabin 10, so that, on the other two opposite side walls 17 thereof, their central webs 20 provide a flat bearing surface to the soundproofing panels 13

correspondents.

  It is then proceeded to the establishment of smooth B. Each time, it is proceeded to various bolting necessary. Finally, the panels are put in place

soundproofing 13.

  As shown diagrammatically in FIG. 3, this setting-up is very simply done, individual space 16 per individual space 16, presenting for example first of all, by

  Of course, some of the individual spaces 16 are used for the establishment of openings, not shown, by locally interrupting the pan 18

corresponding of dressing 12.

  Once the panels 18 of this casing 12 set up on the side walls 17 of the soundproofing cabin 10, it

  the same is done for the roof 50 thereof.

  Finally, the installation of the internal alignment skirting 15 'E, then that of the various elements is carried out

  As will be noted, the frame 11 of the soundproofing booth 10 according to the invention advantageously does not protrude from the soundproofing panels 13 in the volume

internal of it.

  If it is necessary to make an opening in the cladding 12 formed by these soundproofing panels 13, it is sufficient to eliminate at the chosen location the corresponding pan 18 of this cladding 12, after removing it. closure elements 45 A, 45 B, 45 C, or other, giving access

  soundproofing panels 13 that constitute it.

  Of course, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described and shown, but encompasses

  any alternative embodiment in the context of the claims which

  follow. In particular, in the case where a greater range would be necessary, the frame used can comprise

  interior gantries with the required range.
