Abstract

The invention consists in separating the base from the rest of the coffin in order to be able to reuse the frame and its lining as well as the lid. This system is made up of eccentric boxes (5), of steel ties (4) and nylon nuts (3). With the aid of a screwdriver which is inserted into the slot (7), the eccentric box (5) is unscrewed which releases the steel tie (4) in order to detach it from the base (1). The device according to the invention is particularly intended for cremation (incineration).

DESCRIPTION
La présente invention concerne un cercueil à fond mobile pour permettre la récupération du couvercle, de l'encadrement ainsi que ses garnitures
L'incinération traditionnelle ne permettait pas la ré cupération, ce qui engendrait un coût relativement important
Le mode d'assemblage du système permet de fixer le socle (1) et l'encadrement (2) à l'aide d'écrous nylons (3) de tirants simples en acier (4) et de boitiers exentriques (5)
L'encadrement sera renforcé par une tôle en U de deux millimetres d'épaisseur (6) qui elle meme sera vissée à l'intérieur de l'encadrement
Le boitier exentrique sera lui même dans le renfort
Le socle sera équipé de sept écrous nylons et de sept tirants en acier
Les figures I et II représentent en coupe grandeur réelle le système d'assemblage du socle et de l'encadrement
Un simple tournevis suffira pour débloquer les boitiers exentriques des tirants en acier pour séparer le socle de l'encadrement et du couvercle afin de récupérer ceux-ci
Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à l'incinération DESCRIPTION
