788,228. Sliding bolts. PYE, C. P. Feb. 8, 1956 [Feb. 3, 1955], No. 3168/55. Class 44 [Also in Group XVII] A covering 16 is secured to the base of a casket 10 (see Group XVII) at intervals by bolts 25 passing through counterbored holes 21 into sockets 15. Springs 23 bear on washers 24 on the bolts 25 to urge them outwards whilst keys 26 on the bolts 25 enter through keyways (not shown) and when turned retain the bolts in operative position. Suitable washers protect the wood from rubbing by the keys.
