Abstract

The invention relates to a novel process for preparing onion extract. This process employs conditions which are easy to apply and carry out, without technical complications. The liquid varies in colour according to the variety of onion used, and is clear and rich in active substances. The extract is intended for use in medicine and in pharmacy.

120 g (oignons) sont coupés et mixés avec 120 ml d'éthanol (95 %). Le mélange (200 ml) est placé dans un évaporateur rotatif pendant 150 minutes à 40 "C.
