Appareil de gymnastique composée d'une bande élastique caractérisée par le fait que la bande est doublée et cousue tous les dix centimètres de façon à ménager des poignées de préhension.

A1EAREIL DE G'MASTIOUE
ta présente invention concerne un appareil de gymnastique simple et polyvalent permettant des mouvements en traction.
On connait ce type d'excerciseurs, par exemple les extenseurs constitués de sandows et de poignées ou de système à ressorts.
tes différents systèmes présentent comme principal inconvénient , d1 avoir une longueur déterminée comme la longueur du sandow par exemple; donc de ne pas s'adapter aux différenues morphologiques de chacun.
ta présente invention vise à palier à cet inconvénient, elle permet au sportif d'utiliser la longueur de ltélastique à expanser en fonction de la taille de ses membres et de permettre une soixantaine de mouvements différents, d'obtenir ainsi une préci- sion de 10 en 10 cm suivant la choix de l'exercice.
L'appareil est constitué d'une bande élastique (9) du type " bande utilisée pour les bretelles". Cette bande est pliée en deux de façon à doubler l'épaisseur, les deux parties (10) de la bande (9) sont reliées par des coutures (11) tous les 10 cm de manière à ce qu'en séparant les deux parties obtenues, on crée des poignées (12) utilisables pour un pied ou une main. Chaque poignée sera marquée d'un chiffre ou d'une lettre permettant de l'identifier par rapport à ses voisines.(13)
A' titre d'exemple non limitatif on va produire un modèle de l'invention: (voir figure 1).
Le dispositif représenté urr la figure 14 est composé d'une bande élastique de 40 mm de large et de 160 cm de longueur. Cette bande est pliée en deux et des coutures sont effectuées tous les 10 cm on obtient donc une bande double de 80 cm, comprenant 8 parties pouvant servir de poignées. Ces parties sont numérotées de 1 à 8 et les dits chiffres permettent dtindiquer au sportif la position des pieds ou des mains suivant le mouvement choisi dans la notice explicative. Les poignées permettent un mouvement précis et adaptable à la taille des segments du sportif.

1/ Appareil de gymnastique composée d'une bande élastique caractérisée par le fait que la bande est doublée et cousue tous las dix centimètres de façon à ménager des poignées de préhension.
