Abstract

THE DEVICE according to the invention is a comb intended for removing nits and lice. It is composed of several superposed elements, preferably three. The teeth of the inner element are offset with respect to the teeth of the outer elements by a fraction of pitch, so as to obtain a small, or zero or even negative space. The teeth of the various elements form a staggered arrangement which traps the nits. The top of the teeth of the inner and outer elements coincide in order to facilitate parting of the hair. The edges of the outer elements guide the hair towards the active scraping edges of the inner element. The inner element may be stationary, sliding or articulated with respect to the two outer elements. The teeth may have edges in order to facilitate trapping of the nits.

ETAT DE L'ART: les peignes actuellement disponibles sur le marché pour l'enlèvement des poux et des lentes dans la chevelure ne permettent pas un ajustement instantané de l'écartement des dents selon le diamètre des cheveux.
