The invention relates to a first for the production of shoe soles, in particular for shoes for professional or sports use.

 In known manner, a shoe sole consists of several successive layers, generally joined to each other, respectively a first in contact with the foot, then a sole itself, which comes into contact with the ground.

 When making shoes, especially for professional and sometimes sporting use, it is necessary to give the sole a certain rigidity. Shoes for professional use known as safety shoes are known, in which the first is made of metal. this first covers an area corresponding to almost the entire sole.

 Sports shoes are also known, in which the first is made of a traditional material, and receives on its outer face, that is to say on its face intended to come into contact with the sole itself, a reinforcing element on a only part of its surface. This element is generally glued, but it can be attached to the sole by any other appropriate means.

 Nevertheless, in one case as in the other, the shoes thus produced do not give satifsfaction insofar as the rigidity imparted is an overall rigidity, limiting the comfort of the user and, in particular in the second solution described, does not prevent not the perforations of the sole, then of the first during intensive use.

The object of the invention is to overcome these drawbacks. It offers a first for shoe sole consisting of two parts secured to one another in the vicinity of its center, respectively

 In other words, the invention consists in making a first in two separate parts which are joined together by any appropriate means, a rigid front part, intended to give the front area of the shoe a determined rigidity, and a rear part made made of traditional material, thus giving the entire shoe local rigidity, while ensuring user comfort.

 According to the invention, the rigid part is made of synthetic material, and for example of plastic, such as ac rylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS), or metal.

 According to a characteristic of the invention, the front part is curved, the convexity being directed towards the ground, when the first is in place. This feature may be required for certain specific applications.

 According to the invention, the thickness of the rigid front part varies, also according to the particular applications of the shoe and can also be shaped for example to release the location of the big toe, or to receive a particular technical piece.

 The assembly of the two parts, respectively anterior and posterior, previously bevelled at their actual assembly area, is carried out by gluing, sewing, or even by injection.

 Advantageously, the face in contact with the sole receives an additional reinforcing element, made of rigid material, for example plastic, extending over only part of the first.

 According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, the face of the first in contact with the foot receives a layer of a material made of natural or synthetic material, for example a sheet of cork, a woven, etc.

 The manner in which the invention can be produced and the advantages which result therefrom will emerge more clearly from the example of embodiment which follows, given by way of indication and without limitation in support of the appended figures.

According to the invention and as shown in FIG. 1, a first (1) for shoe sole consists of two complementary parts, respectively a front part (3) and a rear part (2). According to the invention, the front part (3) is made of a rigid material, such as for example ABS. Typically, the thickness of this front part is between one and three millimeters.

However, this can vary and in particular increase from the periphery towards the center, for example to compensate for the thickness of the leather or of the mounting material constituting the shoe proper, and glued or fixed by any other means at this level.

 The rear part (2), for its part, is made of a traditional material for the former and in particular of leather, or even of a replacement material such as that marketed under the brand SYNDERME, namely a synthetic product made of plates, obtained from leather fibers agglomerated and bonded together using natural or synthetic latex.

 These respectively anterior (3) and posterior (2) parts are assembled together, along a line (4) located just in front of the arch of the foot. However, it can be located in a large neighborhood around this area. In addition, and in order to optimize the junction of the two parts, respectively anterior (3) and posterior (2), it is conceivable that this line (4) is not straight, but curved, or even sawtooth.

 Advantageously, and in order not to generate excess thickness at this assembly, the two anterior (3) and posterior (2) parts are bevelled respectively (5 and 6) at this assembly zone. This assembly is carried out by gluing, by sewing or by injection of the plastic material constituting the front part (3) on the rear part (2).

 In certain applications, the anterior zone (3) is curved, its convexity then being directed towards the ground when the first is in place in the sole, and this, so that the center and the assembly are more rigid.

 Advantageously and in order to increase the comfort of the patient, the face of the first in contact with the foot is covered with a natural or synthetic material, for example a cork sheet (7) and this over its entire surface.

 For certain particular applications, the face of the first in contact with the sole itself receives a reinforcing element (8) extending over only part of the surface of said first, made of a rigid element, such as in particular plastic. . This reinforcing element leaves free over its entire periphery an area at which is engaged the leather or the material used for the production of the shoe.

 The soles thus produced have a very high rigidity at the level of the front part, while leaving the possibility of a flexion at the central level of the shoe, thus promoting walking and consequently the comfort of the user.

 They are therefore quite suitable for the production of sporty footwear for motor racing, in which the front part (3) of the first is intended to resist the perforations inherent in prolonged and repeated depressions on the accelerator pedal, brake or clutch which, for certain vehicles, is very small.

 They are also particularly well suited for the production of climbing shoe soles, in which maximum stiffness is sought at the end of the shoe, allowing the positioning and the grip of the shoe on very low roughness, without requiring any effort. significant contraction of the toes or arch, causing cramps.

 Finally, these first naturally find their application in the production of safety shoes, in which one also seeks resistance to puncture.
