Abstract

Process for manufacturing resin and, in particular, reinforced polyurethane articles, characterized by the following sequence of operations: a) an initial layer of said resin is applied to a shaped support, such as a mould base; b) a mesh reinforcement is then immediately placed on said layer; c) before the initial layer has undergone polymerization, a second resin layer is applied to the mesh, whereby said second resin layer is identical or capable of being polymerised together with the initial layer and is integrated with the latter through the mesh embedded in the uniform mass formed when the two layers set together.

REVENDICATIONS 1 - Procédé pour la réalisation d'un matériau composite comportant une couche de surface présentant les propriétés recherchées d'aspect, de teinte, d'étanchéité et de protection aux rayonnements et comportant une structure stratifiée incorporant une couche de résine à base de polyuréthane, caractérisé par la succession des opérations suivantes: a) sur le moule, revêtu d'un produit ou traitement anti-adhésif, on procède à la projection d'une première couche d'une résine de synthèse destinée à constituer la surface offrant les propriétés recherchées et possédant par incorporation un renfort et un élément actif susceptible de remonter en surface pour créer une barrière isolante empêchant l'exsudation de solvants ou monomères susceptibles de nuire à l'accrochage ultérieur de la couche de polyuréthane. 1 -
