En dépliant l'embarcation (fig.2) le puit de dérive se dresse, on voit la forme que prend le textile imperméable ainsi que les ouvertures (7,8,9) dans lesquelles viennent s'engager les banquettes centrale, arrière et avant (dans l'ordre du montage).A propos des deux demi-quilles articulées par le textile imperméable et par les deux charnières venant en renfortlil faut noter qu'un rainurage(17,18 fig.8, Fiv. 9)en renforce la cohésion lors du montage. Procédant au montage de l'embarcation on placera d'abord la banquette centrale en insérant ses extrémités(5) dans les ouvertures (8) fig.2, fig.5. On raidira le sanglage externe (2), on placera les arceaux (15,16) fig.9 qui maintiennent rigide la caisse de dérive.Les banquettes arrière et avant seront placées selon le même processus mais sans que soit. raidis les sanglages, ceci afin de permettre la mise en place des panneaux avant et arrière dont les saillies s'engageront dans les encoches (10, fig.1, fig.3) avant dtê- tre bloquées par les clavettes (11, fig.4),Ce n'est qu'après cette opération de blocage des panneaux arrière et avant que les sanglages avant et arrière seront raidis. Cette embarcation ainsi montée peut être construite dans des matériaux très divers,-polyester, contreplaqué, et très légers -structures nid-d'abeilles-. Sa fabrication industrielle ne nécéssite pas la fabrication d'un moule, ni d'éléments coûteux à réaliser.
