Abstract

Sachet for containing a measured quantity of liquid, pasty or pulverulent product, of the type consisting of two sides made of flexible material such as cardboard or a plastic film, the two sides preferably coming from the same cut-out folded back on itself, and the edges (2, 2', 2'') being welded in order to define together a first volume (3) containing a reserve of a product, particularly a fluid or liquid product, and the sachet is characterised in that it comprises an area (5) in which the two sides which are welded together, at the edge of the said first volume, and these two sides reserve, substantially at the centre of the said area, a zone in which the two sides remain separated, thus defining a housing (6) preferably for receiving a solid product.

Description

The present invention relates to improvements to sachets consisting of two faces of a flexible material such as cardboard or a plastic film, the two faces being glued against each other, reserving a central space which constitutes a capacity capable of containing a dose of a product in the liquid, pasty or possibly powdery state.

Sachets of this type are known which have the advantage of being shaped at the same time as they are filled, which makes it possible to shape, by mechanical means and at high speed, containers, of varied capacities, capable of making available users either by unit doses (corresponding to the content of a sachet), or by successive withdrawals, an active product.

The invention is applicable to the retention and making available to users of products of various uses, and for multiple purposes, such as washing (shampoos, bubble baths, cosmetics, lotions), hygiene (products of cleaning or disinfection, insecticide products), therapeutic (doses of a liquid potion), food (doses of an ingredient used as an additive in a food composition) or even for technical purposes (active products involved in a manufacturing process or a reaction).

Sachets of this kind are generally obtained by shaping a single cut folded back on itself, the two faces being heat-sealed by their edges, leaving a central space remaining, defining a capacity for receiving the determined quantity of the product contained.

The invention relates to developments in sachets of this type and allowing the use of binary or two-element compositions, in particular whenever a liquid (or pasty, or even pulverulent) product must be conjugated in its action to a solid product. especially in the form of lozenges, tablets etc ...

It frequently happens that active products must be made available to the user which are essential at a given time but which do not necessarily correspond to the availability of the product (travel, travel, holidays, camping, etc.).

It is therefore desirable that the user, or the patient in the case of a therapeutic product, be able to take with him and possibly on him the active product, in particular therapeutic, which he may need.

However, this active product, for example in the form of tablets or lozenges, sometimes requires special conditions of administration.

It may be a product which must be mixed extemporaneously with another product, in particular in liquid form, the mixing only having to be carried out at the time of ingestion.

However, it is also notable that in the circumstances mentioned above and which do not allow the user to benefit from complete comfort, taking medication, particularly in the form of pills, tablets, tablets or the like, is often difficult. for the subject when the latter does not have a drink to facilitate the passage of the tablet from the buccal capacity to the stomach.

While it is neither normal nor comfortable for the user to carry with him and permanently a bottle, or even a bottle, of an extra drink.

The invention makes it possible to meet these needs and in particular ensures the provision of users, possibly in reserve, for example in a bag or a briefcase, of an active product, in particular solid, to be used in binary form, that is to say -display in admixture with another product, in particular liquid, used either as an adjuvant or as an additional active product.

The case of the liquid reserve to be taken with a tablet or a tablet is obviously here only one example.

And the invention therefore allows the user to have at any time a binary or possibly ternary unit comprising at least one active product in solid form and the adjuvant or complementary products in liquid form which are essential or in any case useful for main product action.

To this end, the invention relates to a sachet for containing a metered quantity of liquid, pasty or pulverulent product, of the type consisting of two faces made of flexible material such as cardboard or a plastic film, the two faces preferably coming from the same cut folded back on itself, and the edges being welded to define together a first capacity containing a reserve of a product in particular fluid or liquid, and the sachet is characterized in that it comprises a range in which the two faces welded together, on the margin of said first capacity, and these two faces reserve substantially in the center of said range an area in which the two faces remain apart, thus defining a receptacle preferably receiving a solid product.

More specifically, said area is constituted by the angular part of the bag itself of rectangular shape.

According to another development of the invention, the first capacity for receiving the dose of a liquid product comprises a protuberance intended by its linear sectioning to clear a channel or passage to allow the liquid or pasty product to escape, and the housing located on the side shelf is itself positioned so that the linear sectioning releasing the opening of the capacity, by extending, in turn ensures the opening of the housing and the corresponding release of the active product contained.

According to another characteristic, the sachet comprises two areas in which the two faces of the sachet are welded to one another, each area reserving in its center a separate area thus defining two twin housings, each containing a quantity of a product solid especially in the form of tablets or tablets.

Another development relates to a sachet comprising an active product in the solid state placed in said housing and the sachet comprises in the main capacity a liquid, the solid product and said liquid being of complementary actions and intended to be implemented concomitantly to an extemporaneous mixture.

According to a development of the invention, the housing contains a therapeutic product and the main capacity contains a liquid intended to be ingested to aid the action of the product.

According to another development, the main capacity contains a food, in liquid or pasty form, and the marginal housing contains an additive intended to be incorporated or not, at the option of the user, in the food contained in the main capacity.

Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will emerge from the description which follows and which is given in connection with a particular embodiment presented by way of example.

Figure 1 shows a side elevational view of a first embodiment of the invention.

Figure 2 shows a variant derived from Figure 1.

Figure 3 also shows a variant in which the bag is associated with two marginal zones, each containing a housing.

And Figure 4 shows a perspective view of the sachet after rectilinear cutting releasing both the main capacity and each of the two marginal housings.

According to Figure 1, we see that we realized by known means a bag shaped by folding one against the other of the two faces from a single cut.

Face 1 being visible in the Figure and the two faces being laminated in particular by their edges 2, 2 ′, 2 "by reserving in the central part a capacity capable of containing a reserve of a product, in particular liquid, pasty or possibly pulverulent.

It can be seen that the central capacity 3 is extended by an upper protuberance 4 which will allow, by its rectilinear sectioning, to clear a passage through which the contained product can thus escape and be made available to the user.

Laterally with respect to this passage 4, a zone or area 5 is provided in which the two faces of the bag are laminated one against the other, this zone 5 being marginal relative to the protrusion forming a channel or passage 4.

The track 5 however has in its center an area in which the two faces are not welded or laminated to one another and are on the contrary kept apart, in particular by a conformation during manufacture.

This spacing of the two faces relative to each other defines a housing 6 capable of receiving a product in the solid state, for example a tablet, a lozenge, a tablet, etc.

Figure 2 shows a variant of Figure 1 in which, on the left side of the Figure, there is provided a marginal area in which the two faces are completely laminated relative to each other without releasing receptor housing; but this marginal zone, opposite the housing 6, has an opening which facilitates the gripping, handling or suspension of the assembly, this in a manner known per se.

Figure 3 shows a variant in which the bag has two marginal areas 5a and 5b respectively, each being arranged on either side of the passage channel 4a.

And each marginal zone 5a, 5b has a central housing 6a, 6b.

This housing being receiver in the present case of a tablet or pill for medical use.

It can be seen that the sachet thus shaped can be cut along line 7 by any suitable means, for example by scissors shown diagrammatically in FIG. 3.

We then obtain the assembly as shown in perspective in Figure 4 in which each of the housings 6a and 6b has released a tablet; the two tablets may be identical or different.

At the same time, the head of the passage 4a has been released and the liquid available inside the container can thus be used by the user and preferably, according to the invention, by being reincorporated in one of the solid elements for example either by mixing for overall ingestion (in the case for example of a tablet to be dissolved) or simply to aid in the ingestion of the tablet which is difficult to swallow dry.

The liquid solid mixture can also be intended for external medical use for local application.

It can be seen that the invention still has many applications apart from the simple medical use mentioned here.

And the solid product can in fact consist of an additive which is incorporated into a food drink; just as the solid product can also consist of an ingredient to be mixed with a liquid base for its implementation for cleaning, disinfection or for a chemical reaction within a process.

The user thus has the two ingredients gathered on the same support therefore available at the same time and according to a dosage already programmed.

Claims (7)

1 - Bag to contain a metered quantity of liquid, pasty or powdery product, of the type consisting of two sides made of flexible material such as cardboard or plastic film, the two sides preferably coming from the same cut folded over it- even, and the edges (2, 2 ', 2 ") being welded to define together a first capacity (3) containing a reserve of a product, in particular a fluid or liquid, and the sachet is characterized in that it has a range (5) in which the two faces welded together, on the margin of said first capacity, and these two faces reserve substantially in the center of said range an area in which the two faces remain apart, thereby defining a receptacle (6) preferably receiving of a solid product. 2 - Bag according to claim 1, and characterized in that said area (5) is constituted by the angular part of the bag itself of rectangular shape. 3 - Bag according to one of claims 1 or 2, and characterized in that the first capacity (6) receiving the dose of a liquid product comprises a protrusion (4) intended by its linear sectioning to clear a channel or passage to allow the liquid or pasty product to escape, and the housing (6) located on the lateral surface (5) is itself positioned in such a way that the linear sectioning releasing the opening of the capacity, by extending, in turn ensures the opening of the housing and the corresponding release of the active product contained. 4 - Bag according to one of claims 1 to 3, and characterized in that it comprises two areas (5a and 5b) in which the two faces of the bag are welded to each other, each area reserving its center a separate area thus defining two housings (6a and 6b) twinned, each containing an amount of a solid product in particular in the form of tablets or tablets. 5 - Bag according to one of claims 1 to 4, and characterized in that it comprises in the main capacity (6) a liquid, the solid product contained in the housing (6) and said liquid being of complementary actions and intended to be used concomitantly following an extemporaneous mixing. 6 - Bag according to one of claims 1 to 5, and characterized in that the housing (6) contains a therapeutic product and the main capacity (3) contains a liquid intended to be ingested to help the action of the product. 7 - Bag according to one of claims 1 to 6, and characterized in that the main capacity (3) contains a food, in liquid or pasty form, and the marginal housing contains an additive intended to be incorporated or not, as desired of the user, in the food contained in the main capacity.
