Abstract

The invention relates to a lightweight device (2) inserted beforehand between the valves and carried by the shellfish (6) at a favourable location on its perimeter close to the mussel to be cut (4) in order to make the joint visibly apparent and easily to guide the knife (3) of the consumer towards the inside during the opening operation, without danger or shell debris. The invention proposed is more particularly intended for the easy opening of oysters and shellfish by all consumers.

L'invention présentée ici consiste en un dispositif discret qui propose une solution simple au problème de l'ouverture des huitres et autres coquillages, en faisant en sorte de rendre visible, régulière et facilement séparable, la jointure des valves du coquillage, mëme par un consommateur non spécialisé se servant d'une lame de couteau normal.
