Abstract

The present invention relates to a guide device for mosquito nets and external blinds.

 Its purpose is the manufacture of roller blinds or mosquito nets intended for equipping openings in residential or other buildings.

 The device according to the present invention eliminates all these drawbacks. In fact, it makes it possible to obtain a resistant and efficient guidance system, the manufacture of which can be entirely automated, thus entailing a particularly competitive cost price.

 It consists of double nipples of flexible plastic material overmolded directly on the edges of the fabric, on both sides of the latter, at the same time that a very thin reinforcement zone surrounding said nipples, is made of the same material.

 The guide element 1, FIGS. 1 to 4, consists of a single mass of flexible plastic material forming a substantially semi-elliptical reinforcement zone 4 at the center of which are two pins 2 and 3 projecting from each of the two. faces.

 The assembly is overmolded in a single operation on the lateral edge of a mosquito net 7 or of a rollable blind, so that the weft 5 and warp 6 threads are trapped in the plastic, and that the pins 2 and 3 can slide freely in a profile 8 in "C" ensuring effective maintenance of the mosquito net 4.

 For common mosquito net fabrics, the dimensions of the reinforcement zone 1 are advantageously of the order of 30 millimeters for the length and 10 millimeters for the width, the thickness being less than 1 millimeter. The nipples 2 and 3 have a section of approximately 3 x 5 millimeters and protrude from 1 to 2 millimeters. The distance separating two guide elements 1 varies according to the length of the blind, but is preferably between 25 and 35 centimeters. It is determined precisely to avoid overlapping of the guide elements in the winding.

 The plastic used must be flexible enough not to hinder the winding of the canvas. It is preferably a pure copolyamide resin sold in granules, the application temperature of which is between 190 and 2100 C.

 The positioning of the various constituent elements gives this device a maximum of useful effects which had not been obtained to date by similar devices.
