Abstract
L'invention concerne la fabrication de parpaings constitués de deux plaques de Béton Isolant Léger, fabriqués de façon classique, puis installés dans un moule où sont coulés les composants de la mousse de polyuréthane. La polymérisation de ce produit assure la cohésion du bloc fini.
Description
La présente invention concerne la fabrication d'un parpaing de construction isolant thermique, léger, porteur, constitué de deux plaques de béton de polystyrène expansé assemblées par un coeur de mousse de polyuréthane.
Le C.E.R.I.B. (Centre d'Etudes et de Recherches de l'industrie du Béton Manufacturé) a mis au point les bétons de polystyrène expansés appelés Bétons Isolants
Légers (B.I.L.), ces produits n'ont été testés que sur la production de pièces de planchers : entrevous, poutrelles ou blocs à bancher, de plaques ou carreaux utilisables comme revêtement isolant thermique.

La production d'un parpaing monobloc associant deux plaques de B.I.L. et de mousse de polyuréthane n'a été possible que par la création d'un principe de fabrication spécifique:
il est fabriqué, d'une façon normale, des plaques de B.I.L., par mélange de liants hydrauliques, généralement constitué de ciment artificiel et de chaux hydraulique, de billes de polystyrène expansée, et d'adjuvants permettant l'enrobage des billes de polystyrène, et éventuellement un accélérateur de prise pour permettre un démoulage plus rapide des plaques.
il est fabriqué, d'une façon normale, des plaques de B.I.L., par mélange de liants hydrauliques, généralement constitué de ciment artificiel et de chaux hydraulique, de billes de polystyrène expansée, et d'adjuvants permettant l'enrobage des billes de polystyrène, et éventuellement un accélérateur de prise pour permettre un démoulage plus rapide des plaques.
L'ensemble des composants sont dosés et introduits dans un malaxeur à béton. Les produits mélangés sont ensuite déversés dans des moules pour constituer les plaques, ces plaques étant pressées à l'aide d'une presse hydraulique, pour obtenir une forme précise et des bonnes caractéristiques à la compression. Ces plaques sont ensuite stockées pour une période de séchage nécessaire.
Sèches, elles sont ensuite reprises pour constituer le parpaing. Deux plaques sont placées de part et d'autre dans un moule où sera moussé le polyuréthane.
La mousse de polyuréthane est constituée de deux composants qui sont dosés, soigneusement mélangés et introduits entre les deux plaques de B.I.L. Le moule est alors fermé pour laisser le temps au mélange des constituants de produire son expansion.
La mousse de polyuréthane étant un produit particulièrement collant, elle pénètre donc pendant le moussage, dans la surface des plaques de B.I.L., et les réunie de façon indissociable.
Les parpaings ainsi constitués sont ensuite démoulés et prêts à l'emploi.
Claims (2)
1) Fabrication de parpaing isolant thermique, léger, porteur, caractérisé par sa constitution : deux plaques de béton de polystyrène expansé, assemblées par un coeur de mousse de polyuréthane.
2) Méthode de fabrication de parpaings isolants thermique, léger, porteur, caractérisé suivant la revendication n01 et qui consiste: à la mise en place des deux plaques de
B.I.L. dans un moule, dans lequel est coulé un mélange dosé des constituants de la mousse de polyuréthane, de façon à ce que la polymérisation de la mousse assure la cohésion du produit fini.
