Abstract

Box for publicity packet having a communicative objective. The invention relates to a gluing and folding device giving the product its originality and its method of use for containing packets of cigarettes in particular. Description

 The present invention relates to an advertising or non-advertising communication vector. The purpose of this advertising medium is to be the messenger, the business card, the representative of a name, a sign, a logo or some message that we wish to pass through this medium.

 This support is presented as a package holder or rigid cigarette pack packaging.

Some organizations have already used this support as a communication vector (eg Philippe's STARs
Morris).

 It is not here the idea or concept that we ask to protect but its folding technique.

Thanks to this folding technique, the bonding points are reduced.

The principle of sticking the pack of cigarettes is done in 4 very distinct places
This requires significant handling and does not guarantee a perfect bonding quality if these are not stiffened inside and out.

 The technique according to the invention overcomes this drawback. According to its characteristics, it indeed has only one flat bonding point (see: fiv).

This folding technique gives it both rapidity of execution but also better bonding precision.

 The best bonding precision is achieved by folding part 4 which is parallel to the bonding point (part 13). Part 4 comes to rest on part 13.

 Bonding is also more effective because it is obtained flat without having to use interior and exterior shims.

The invention relates to a package whose appearance

 CLAIM'  Packaging in the form of a packet of cigarettes, in particular to serve as a communication vector, characterized in that it is produced from a flat sheet of cardboard or plastic in which have been formed by punching with loss of material, cutting and grooving zones which define the face (1), the main sides (3,4), the sides of the cover (5,6) extended by folded parts (14,15,16,17) inside the cover. The back of the package (7) is grooved to allow the fold essential for opening the front of the package. The parts 3,4,5,6,8 and the 4 parts 9,10,11,12 fitted together measure the same width in order to give a rectangular appearance to the package once it is closed.
