Abstract
A test method for boring to determine the mechanical characteristics of the ground at various pre-determined levels, characterised by the fact that it includes the following stages: measuring under no-load conditions the deformation forces on the probe; measuring the deformation of the probe at increasing time intervals, for a series of steps of applied pressure (A-D); unloading (D-E) and reloading (D-E) cycle and finally a series of increasing pressures (D-C).
