Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize a ground variation state monitoring method which has high precision and is suitable for long-period repetitive measurement by circulating water by linking a reference hydraulic pressure gauge and hydraulic pressure gauges, installed at a reference point and monitoring points respectively, to a pressure water tank in series, and by detecting a pressure difference between the reference hydraulic pressure gauge and each hydraulic pressure gauge. CONSTITUTION:The bottom part of a shaft 1 at a reference point is charged with mortar 6, a reference hydraulic pressure gauge 5 is provided on it, and observation hydraulic pressure gauges 9 are also arranged on the bases of the bottom parts of shafts 8 at monitoring points. To a pressure water tank 10 provided at a prescribed position on the ground, the reference hydraulic pressure gauge 5 and observation hydraulic pressure gauges 9 are connected in series into a closed circuit through a vinyl pipe 11. A circulating pump 13 circulates water through the closed circuit 11 to uniform the temperature and then a pressure difference between the reference hydrualic pressure gauge 5 and each observation hydraulic pressure gauge 9 is detected. Consequently, a ground variation state monitoring method which has high measurement precision and is suitable for long-period repetitive measurement is obtained because any ambient influence is not exerted.
