Abstract

Devices and processes of manufacture making it possible to produce one or more flame(s) of chosen colour(s) in a torch which is portable and disposable after combustion of the fuels - liquid, alcohol, ketone and similar fuels - and solid, semisolid or liquid salts, borates and additives. Description

Conversely, it is also claimed the possibility of manufacturing, according to the same general principle, one or more refillable container (s) by simple filling (gas pressure bomb or pouring can in the container or containers), with a disposable or non-disposable handle.

In all the cases described above, the hollow handle which may contain, for example, a lighter used for lighting (2 - figure i), will be blocked in its lower part, by an embedded, pivoting, peelable or any other method of protection against loss of the igniter element contained in this handle.

It is claimed in the context of the present invention, the particularity relating to the part of the handle, occurring at the level of the flame (s), that is to say opposite to the part held by the hand.

This part, obviously fireproof, may by its color, replace a color deemed necessary for a sought-after assembly (flag, emblem, etc.) and not obtainable in the form of a flame, by chemical impossibility, just as this handle can receive any shape, in whole or in part, desired by the user. For example, the head of the handle may be coated with any desired material, or receive all forms of logos or various emblems. All of the above characterizing the handle of the torch is also claimed with regard to the fuel container (s) which can receive any desired shape or color. Claims (4)
