Abstract

The invention relates to a device capable of automatically clamping papers in a vertical position, the device consisting of a support 1 with pressure areas 2, at least one of which has one or more slopes 3 running towards the other pressure area, on which slopes there moves at least one heavy body 4 whose purpose is to clamp the papers in position. Description

 The present invention relates to a t-variable capacity paper press device making it possible to automatically gather and maintain documents and in particular sheets of paper in vertical position, for example.

 Traditionally, the devices allowing such an action are of two types: the clipboard and the mail holder.

 Clipboards prevent sheets or documents from scattering under the effect of a draft, but have the disadvantage of storing documents in a horizontal position, which makes searching for a document difficult, and more especially if it is located under the stack.

 Mail racks have the disadvantage of having fixed dividers, this limits the number of documents that can be inserted. When this limit is reached, the introduction of the document is less difficult and risks On the other hand, small documents like business cards can also be hidden by rigid dividers.

 The device according to the invention overcomes the drawbacks of the two systems described above. The device, as shown in Figure 1 comprises a support (1) provided with inclined planes (3) forming between them an op -timum angle of 900.
