Abstract

The invention relates to a bag making it possible to protect and carry long loaves to allow hygienic and practical transport of these loaves from the place where they are purchased until they are consumed. It is constituted by a bottom B provided in one part with a pocket 1 having an orifice 2 into which the loaf is inserted, the other part of the bottom being provided with 2 lateral panels A and C completing the protection of the loaf when the user holds the bag by the grasping members Y and Z located on the panels A and C and offset with respect to the centre of gravity of the bag which allows the latter to be held diagonally. The bag according to the invention is particularly intended for loaves sold in bakery shops.

Description

The present invention consists of a bag for protecting and carrying the so-called breads
long sold in bakery.

The protection of the bread sold in bakery makes perfect using a small sheet
located at the level of the grip of the hand and maintained by the latter. Holding this
protective sheet is not always practical and the bread is in fact not protected.

Large plastic bags are sometimes sold in bakeries and are
worn vertically. Their great capacity and their mode of prehensio do not make them
in common and practical use.

The bag according to the invention overcomes these drawbacks of hygiene and use
practical and current.

Made from a blank with cutting lines and folding lines, it has a bottom
XsJr which rests the bread; part of this bottom is provided with a pocket provided with an orifice
in which the bread is introduced, the other part has on both sides and longitudinal
2 side panels completing the protection of the bread When the user holds the bag
by the gripping members located on these s-panels and offset from the center of
gravity bag, giving the latter a diagonal holding. The 2 bottom parts are connected
and are superimposed by a trapezoidal wall.

The bag is preferably made of paper, but the use of any other material con
naked or unknown is possible.

 The manufacturing technique is that of cutting, folding, gluing.

 The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention.

 Figure 1 shows the blank X in flat with the cutting and folding lines.

 Figure 2 shows the blank after the first folding operation along the lines.

The blank X of the flat bag shown in fig. 1 is for this embodiment a rectangle of
80.5 cm high and 44 cm wide. This blank is divided horizontally by 3 lines of
construction P, Q, R giving 4 parts 1, 2, 3, 4 so that the parts 1,2,3
are equal and part 4 is equal to half of any part 1, 2, 3.

Soft vertical fold lines D and E share parts 1, 2, 3, 4 and allow
to obtain subparts A, B, C so that A and C sittuted on both sides of
B are equal and in a preferred embodiment each slightly superior
higher than B, the latter forming the bottom of the bag.

Parts A (1A 2A 3A 4A) and C (1C 3C 4C) are shared vertically by the
fold lines J at A and K at C which allows obtaining the sub-parts 1A1 1A2 ZA;
2A2 3A1 3A2 4A1 4A2 1C1 1C2 2C1 2C2 3C1 3C2 4C1 4C2 so that the parts
A2 C2 are on either side of parts B and that the parts Al Cl have a width equal to a plus of 1 cm from that of parts B.

In lA and 1C1 are located the gripping members Y and Z offset relative to the center of gravity of the bag.

Parts 2 (2A 2B 2C) are divided horizontally by 2 lines H and I, H passing through the center of gravity of parts 2A 2B 2C, I passing through the center of gravity of the blank X penetrating to obtain the horizontal sub-parts , between lines P and H: 2A1L 2A2L 2BL 2C2L 2C1L, between lines H and I: 2A1M 2A2M 2BM 2C2M 2C1M and between lines I and Q ZAIN 2A2N 2BN 2C2N 2CIN. The part 2A1L is shared by a diagonal F which extends @ @ one up to / l and crosses the part 2A2M. The part 2C1L is crossed by a dia Id liana gonale G which extends to / l and crosses the part 2C2M.

The 4 parts of A2 C2 are provided with fold lines. In this preferred embodiment, these parts A2 C2 are provided in the middle with a vertical fold line
S in A2 and T in C2.

The parts 1B 2BL form the part of the bottom of the bag with on either side of the side walls formed by 1A1 1A2 2A2L a portion of ZAIL situated between the diagonal F and the line J and 1C1 1C2 2C2L and a portion of 2C1L situated between the diagonal G and the line K
The parts 2BN 3B 48 form the part of the bottom provided with a pocket formed by the parts 2A1M 2A1N 2A2N 3A1 3A2 4A1 4A2 and 2C1M 2C1N 2C2N 3C1 3C2 4C1 4C2.

The wall portions 2A2M and 2CM located on either side of 23M form with this a trapezoidal wall connecting the 2 parts of the bottom.

The diagonals F and G are cutting lines. Line H is a section line from its junction point with the diagonal F at 24 to the outer edge of the blank in 2A as well as from its junction point with the diagonal G at 2C to the end at 2C. Line I is a cut line between lines D and J and between lines E and K. Line J is a cut line between lines H and I and line K is a cut line between lines
H and I.

The blank shown in fig. 2 is obtained after the first folding operation, i.e. by folding 2BM over 2BL by line H and then bringing 2BN over 2BM by line I.

The formation of the side parts of the bag shown in fig. 3 is carried out by folding the parts A2 over the parts B by the line D and then folding them back on themselves by the fold line S. The parts Al are folded over the parts A2 and B by the line J. The formation of the second lateral part of the bag in Ci C2 beyond the line E is carried out by the same operation as the parts AI A2.

The lateral parts formed by the parts 2C1M 2C1N 3C1 4C1 and 2A1M 2A1N 3A1 4A1 overlap on a zone of significant importance where a bonding will be carried out as well as at the base of the parts 4.

Figure 4 shows the bag shaped flat.

The bag shown in fig.5 shows the bag open to the panent of use and shows the pocket 1 provided with an orifice 2 into which the bread is introduced and two side walls
A and C on either side of a part of the bottom B and provided with gripping members Y and Z.

The bag according to the invention is particularly intended for the protection of long breads sold in bakeries.
