Abstract

The present invention relates to a staking device for maintaining and guiding plants in medium or large development and which adapts to all the diameters of pots.

 Each stake (fig I) consists of a rod (3) elongated with a length corresponding to the height of the plant to be supported. Preferably it does not extend beyond the plant when it is buried in the ground. The stem has hook-like growths (I) open outwards and upwards. The space between the hook and the pull corresponds to the thickness of the collar. Upwards, the hook has an asperity (2) narrowing this space and preventing the collar from going up and thus out of the hook.

 The collar consists of a long strap (55 flexible comprising at one end a female closure means and at the other end, several male closure means (6). Preferably the female closure means consists of lugs triangular shapes and the whole forms an assembly at the tail of a round mile female.

 The male closing means are preferably four in number and are distributed approximately every 35 mm, the first being 30 mm from the extremity.

 The internal face of the collar comprises several guides (4) pertendicular to the strap (5) and intended to be inserted between the rods of the plate and thus to maintain the latter. Preferably, the necklace comprises eight osides (4) 12 m long.

I) for staking plants, characterized in that i: consists of a rod (3) provided with at least one support hook (I).  2 - Guardian according to claim I characterized by the shape of the hooks (I), open to the outside and upwards and provided with an internal roughness (2).  3 - Guardian according to claim I characterized by the cruciform profile of the rod (fig. 2).  4 - Device for staking plants characterized in that it comprises a stake according to claims I - 2 and 3 and a collar (fig. 3) entering the hooks (I) to be maintained around the plant.  5 - Device according to claim 4 characterized by the male female closure in the dovetail of the collar (fig. 5).  6 - Device according to claim 4 or 5 characterized by the number of male closures (6) to allow adjustment of the diameter of the collar.  7 - Device according to claim 4 - 5 and 6 characterized by the pins (4) inside the collar to hold the stems of the plants.
