Abstract

The patent relates to a machine which receives municipal refuse or solid waste and transfers them to a triturating compactor device which, in turn, sends them to a helical excavator which pours them into a pipe which discharges into a container preferably located at the base of the building.

  There are facilities which allow waste to be sent through suitable openings in communication with pipes directly into depots located at the base of buildings; but this system requires big pipes and big

  deposit, because of the large volume of these rejects.

  The purpose of this patent is to provide a machine which can receive this waste at the very moment of its production and pour it into a press or pulverizer, that is to say into an apparatus which compacts and reduces them to pieces of small dimensions to then send them to the pipes which

  by gravity send them to the depot or receiving container.

  This invention will be better understood by referring to the appended drawings where it is shown in an embodiment given by way of indication: FIG. 1 shows the machine in an axonometric view in the phase during which it receives the scrap,

  With reference to the figures, the machine is constituted by a hopper 1 capable of sending the material into a drum 2

  provided with suitable recesses 3 and 4 arranged in opposite position.

  Drum 2 is designed to rotate around its own

axis 5.

  Immediately under the drum cylinder is placed the press 6 which, through the valves 7, can transfer into the hopper 8

located below them.

  The hopper is connected to the helical backhoe 9 in com-

  munication with the inlet of the discharge conduit 10 which leads to the

  container 11 located at the base of the building.

  As described and illustrated the operation and use

  machine readings are obvious.

  From the moment when the machine has received the scrap as it occurs by a simple rotation of the drum 2 which receives it, it can transfer it to the press and the pulper. The latter must be able to compact the material and reduce it into small pieces, then by opening the valve 7, it will fall into the helical excavator 9 which will send it to the conduits 10 linked by means of valves to each

  machine and opening into the container 11.

  1. Machine intended for receiving domestic waste in dwellings and for sending it through conduits to a reception depot preferentially placed at the base of the building, characterized in that it comprises a rotary drum   (2) which receives the waste and transfers it to a press.   2. Machine according to claim 1 characterized in that it comprises a press capable of reducing waste volume   and grind them into small pieces.   3. Machine according to the preceding claims character-   laughed at by the fact that a suitable helical excavator 9 takes   the compacted waste and sends it to the evacuation pipes.   4. Machine according to the preceding claims character-   laughed at by the fact that it provides for connection to conduits   suitable as uprights and transfer directly-   preferably in a container located at the base of the building.   5.
