Abstract

Mattress consisting of several base modules nos. 1 and 2 comprising hollow cells nos. 11 and 12 in which there are engaged foam blocks of prismatic shape nos. 8 and 9 or of parallelepipedic shape. These hollow cells can also receive casings of octagonal shape comprising helical springs. The enlargement of the mattress in terms of length and width is possible by adding supplementary base modules. The height of the mattress varies depending on the thickness of the plate 13 interposed between the base modules and the cover ticking.

Description

MODULAR COMFORT MATTRESS AND EX DIMENSIONS OF
LENGTH, WIDTH OF THICKNESS
This fully modular mattress is made up of two basic modules for the following common dimensions: 68 X 188,? 8 X 1R8, 88 X 18B, 120 X 188.

 The dimensions of 138 X 188, 158 X 188, 1? 8 X 188 are obtained by juxtaposition of the basic modules of current dimensions (example: two basic modules of? 0 X 190 giving a sleeping surface of 140 X 190) ( 162).

 The single bed (example 90 X 190) is obtained by juxtaposition of two independent basic modules having a dimension ratio of 1 in 9 in the length, that is to say on a 1.90m long module (head support) 0.46m, the body support module having a length of 1.44m, i.e. a total length of 1.90m (1 d 2).

 ModuZe 1 or head module in the form of polyether foam, bulter (high density synthetic or vegetable foams) includes a hollow cell with an area of approximately 8/100 of the surface as well as a depth equal to 2/3 of the total height of the moduZe (11 4 12).

 The body support module 2 or moduZe comprises 3 hollow cells representing together three 8/100 of the total surface of the base module, each of these cells having a depth equal to 2/3 of the total height of the module (12) .

Each socket is placed so as to support a part of the body:
- socket 1 (shoulders)
- socket 2 (lumbar spine and coccis)
- socket 3 (thighs and legs)

Each block is placed so as to fit into the next bZoc, Ze first having the large base of the trapezoid at the bottom, the second the large base at the top and so on until forming, by their shape, a flat surface
Each block of foam can be of different density, iZ is therefore possible, through the play of various densities, to vary the comfort in metd iron on any point of the body, in particular at the level of the Zombar column for better support .
