Abstract

A closure for a garment with a waist of variable size has an inner belt of adjustable length fixable to a panel with a pleat allowing its width to be adjusted. The belt may be fixed to the back of the garment and passed through loops at its front. The belt may be fastened by Velcro (RTM: nylon fastening) bands. USE/ADVANTAGE - For trousers, dresses, skirts, dungarees, shorts, or coats for pregnant women or people subject to distension. The closure is invisible.
