Description

 The present invention relates to a disposable refreshing aroma inhaler in the form of a smoker's pipe fitted with a hat. The inhaler is filled with synthetic resin fibers impregnated with an aqueous solution of mint or the like. When the inhaler is used for inhalation, the mouth of the hat is covered so that germs and dust do not adhere to it and it is kept clean.  Disposable refreshing inhalers have been proposed and used to date.  According to the present invention, there is provided a disposable refreshing aroma inhaler in the form of a smoker's pipe with a cap, comprising a tubular body having at one of its ends a partition in which a ventilation hole is formed, at its other end an opening, and containing synthetic resin fibers impregnated with an aqueous solution of a refreshing aroma; a mouthpiece removably mounted in the body and having an inhalation hole; a cap removably applied to the mouthpiece and comprising a clip and an end wall perforated in one piece with it; and a plug to be selectively inserted into the hole in the partition and in the end wall with holes in order to close the body and the cap, the cap having on its inner surface a multitude of projections and the end wall with a hole central through hole.

 The present invention will now be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings in which a preferred embodiment of a refreshing aroAmz disposable inhaler in the form of a smoking pipe has been illustrated. The inhaler is made of synthetic resin, which is harmless to the human body, and has as general reference 1. The inhaler 1 generally comprises a tubular body 2 and a mouthpiece 3 removably mounted on the body and having a through hole 4 in the axial direction. A partition 5 is mounted inside the body 2 near one of the ends, being spaced inwardly, or end remote from the mouth 3, and has a central ventilation hole 6 for the purposes described later. The hollow interior of the body 2 is filled with fibers 7 of synthetic resin impregnated with an aqueous solution of mint or a similar refreshing flavor.  A synthetic resin cap 20 is held in place on the body 2 when the inhaler 1 is not in use. The cap 20 comprises a staple 21 in one piece with one side of its outer surface. A wall 22 is located at one end, that is to say at the end of the cap 20 distant from the mouth 3, and has a central through hole 23. An opening 24 is formed in the other end of the cap 20, and a multitude of projections 25 are formed on the internal surface of the opening 24 for engagement in the annular recess defined between the ribs 10 and 13 of the external surface of the mouth 3.

 A plug 30 in synthetic resin having the shape of a T in a cross section is intended to be selectively inserted in the hole 6 formed in the partition 5 and in the central hole 23 made in the end wall 22. The plug 30 has a base 31 and an insertion portion 32 extending from the interior surface of the base 31 being perpendicular thereto. The purpose of the stopper 31 is to prevent the entry of dust and / or germs into the tubular body 2 when it is inserted into the ventilation hole 6 and to prevent the loss of the stopper when the latter is inserted in the hole 23. When the mouth 3 is inserted into the cap 20, the rib 13 advances into the cap 20 beyond the projections 25 and comes into contact with the inner surface of the hat 20.

 When the inhaler 1 is not in use, as shown in FIG. 1, the insertion part 32 of the plug 30 is received in the ventilation hole 6 formed in the partition 5, and the mouth 3 is received in the cap 20 until its rib 13 advances into the cap beyond the projections 25 to engage by tight fit in the inner surface of the cap.

 With the components of the inhaler 1 in the state illustrated in FIG. 1, since the mouth 3 is completely received in the cap 20 and isolated from the environment, germs and / or dust will not adhere to it and it can be kept clean. Although the opening 23 of the cap 20 opens onto the environment, since the ventilation hole 6 is closed by the cap 30, the ambient air will not pass through the body 2, hence the elimination of a premature evaporation of the aroma.

 When using the inhaler, the plug 30 is removed from the ventilation hole 6 and inserted into the hole 23 in the end wall 22 of the cap 20.

Then, the cap 20 is removed from the mouth 3 so as to expose it to allow inhalation. At the end of the inhalation, the clip 21 of the hat 20 is attached in one of the pockets of the user's jacket or pants, which allows the inhaler to be transported while keeping it at the 'state of cleanliness.

 As described above, although the ventilation hole 6 formed in the tubular body 2 communicates with the surrounding atmosphere, the plug 30 being removed from the tubular body 2, as the hole 23 in the cha # skin 20 is kept closed during transport of the inhaler, the premature evaporation of the refreshing aroma can be minimized as indicated above.  1 - Disposable refreshing aroma inhaler with cap (20), characterized in that it comprises a tubular body (2) having at one of its ends a partition (5) in which a ventilation hole (6) is formed, its other end (8) being open, and containing fibers (7) of synthetic resin impregnated with an aqueous aroma solution; a mouthpiece (3) removably mounted in the body and having an inhalation hole (4); a cap (20) removably applied to the mouthpiece and comprising a clip (21) and an integral end wall (22) perforated at one of its ends; and a plug (30) intended to be selectively inserted into the partition (5) or into the end wall (22) in order to close the body or the cap, the cap having on its internal surface a multitude of projections (25 ) and the end wall having a through hole (23) at its center.  2 - Inhaler according to claim 1, characterized in that the tubular body (2) has on its surface an annular recess (9) and the mouth has on its outer surface a first annular rib (12) for engagement in the recess annular, a second annular rib (10) for engagement in the contiguous face of the end-of the mouthpiece and a third annular rib (13) spaced from the second rib distant from the first rib to define an annular recess between these second and third ribs to receive the projections (25) of the cap.  3 - Inhaler according to claim 1, characterized in that the tubular body (2), the mouth (3) and the cap (20) are made of synthetic resin.
