Abstract

Dead fish mounting for fishing for carnivorous fish, comprising a clip 1 intended to enter the body of the dead fish, at least one leader 6, 10 fitted with a hook 7, 11 intended to arm the said fish, the said pin 1 forming a loop 5, to which the said leader is joined. According to the invention, this mounting is noteworthy in that the said loop 5 is open and is extended on both sides by two parallel rectilinear parts 2, 16, and in that a winding 18, 19, independent of said pin, holds the said parallel rectilinear parts.

Description

 The present invention relates to a dead fish mount for fishing predatory fish.

 Are already known, in particular from patent FR-A-2 53i 309, dead fish mounts comprising a clip intended to penetrate into the body of the dead fish and stacks or branchlines provided with hooks, intended to arm the flanks of said fish , the staple and the branch lines being joined to each other on the side of the mouth of the fish.

 According to the most effective method of fishing for dead fish, it is necessary, after having launched the line, to bring the lure towards you in a slow waddle, at a distance, that is to say a series of pull-ups upwards and to release, by brushing against the bottom of the river, or of the pond, with sometimes rests on said bottom. To do this, it is necessary to ballast either the line or the frame, with a lead of adequate mass, depending on the depth of the water and the speed of recovery.

 Furthermore, in order to fix the bait fish to the frame, a flexible malleable wire, for example of copper or the like, intended to pass through and / or surround the body of said fish is provided.

 In these known dead fish mounts, the wire clip has a loop formed by twisting said wire and the branchlines and said flexible malleable wire are joined to said clip by a loop-to-loop type assembly.

It can therefore be seen that it is necessary to form a loop for the clip and a loop for said malleable wire, which increases the manufacturing time and the costs of these frames.

 The object of the present invention is to remedy these drawbacks.

 To this end, according to the invention, the dead fish frame for fishing predatory fish comprising a staple intended to penetrate the body of the dead fish and at least one branch line provided with a hook intended to arm said fish, said staple forming a loop to which said branch line is connected, is remarkable in that said loop is open and is extended on both sides by two parallel rectilinear parts and in that a winding, independent of said clip, encloses said rectilinear parts parallel.

 Such a winding, which makes it possible to avoid twisting of the wire of the clip, can be constituted by an element attached to said frame, this element being produced independently of the clip, then threaded thereon.

 However, when the frame comprises a malleable wire for fixing the bait fish to the frame, it is advantageous that said winding enclosing said parallel parts is formed by said malleable wire itself, which is surrounded around said clip in order to close said loop.

 Thus, by means of a single winding, the clip is fixed to the frame and the malleable wire is fixed to the clip. This results in time and cost savings.

 Advantageously, one of said parallel parts of the clip is terminated by a projecting hook. Thus this protruding hook makes it possible to fix the position of the winding on the clip and to increase the fixing of the fish on the frame, by penetration into the body thereof.

 The figures of the appended drawing will make it clear how the invention can be implemented.

 Figure 1 shows a known dead fish mount.

 Figure 2 illustrates the clip of the frame of Figure 1, improved according to a first aspect of the invention, before its assembly to the frame.

 FIG. 3 shows an advantageous embodiment of the dead fish frame according to the invention, using the clip of FIG. 2.

 Figure 4 shows an alternative embodiment of the invention.

 The known dead fish frame shown in Figure 1 has a clip 1 intended to be pressed into the mouth of the dead fish to enter the body of the latter. This clip 1 is made of rigid wire and has for example a hook shape consisting of a main branch 2 and a return branch 3, connected by a bend 4. On the side opposite to the bend 4, the main branch 2 is provided with a loop 5 located in a plane orthogonal to the plane of the drawing.

 A branch line or stack 6, for example of piano rope, is provided with a loop at each of its ends, one of said loops retaining a hook with three branches 7 and the other being trapped in loop 5 of the clip 1.

 An elongated rigid loop 8, arranged in the plane of the drawing, therefore orthogonal to the loop 5, is entwined with the latter and serves as a support for a plucked lead 9, in its middle part.

 A removable clip 10 (or a branch line similar to the branch line 6, but of different length) makes it possible to connect a second hook 11 to the loop 5 of the clip 1.

Finally, a flexible wire 12, for example made of brass, is connected to the loop 5 and is intended for fixing the fish to the clip 1.

 It can be seen that the articulation thus formed between the loops 5 and 8 allows good flexibility for the frame, the line being fixed to the part of the loop 8 opposite to the loop 5 and projecting forward out of the lead 9.

Looping is avoided, since lead 9 is very close to the head of the fish. Lead is easily interchangeable.

 Furthermore, in this known frame shown in FIG. 1 - the loop 5 of the clip 1 is formed by folding and winding one end of the wire constituting the latter on the main branch 2, so as to form a winding 13 - the flexible wire 12 is connected to the loop 5, by a loop 14, formed by folding and winding one end of said wire 12 on itself, so that a winding 15 results.

 As can be seen in Figure 2, in the clip 1 according to the present invention, the winding 13 has been eliminated. The end of the loop 5 opposite the main branch 2 has an extension 16, similar to said main branch 2 and terminated by a hook 17.

 Furthermore, as can be seen in FIG. 3, the wire 12 is no longer attached to the loop 5 by the loop 14 and the winding 15. According to the invention, the wire 12 is wound at one of its ends around of the extension 16 and to the corresponding part of the main loop 2, to form a single winding 18. Thus, this single winding 18 closes the loop 5 and fixes the wire 12 to the frame.

 In the alternative embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the parallel branches 2 and 16 are enclosed by a helical spring 19, closing the loop 5. This helical element 19 is attached to the frame and also makes it possible to remove the twisting 13.

Claims (4)

1 - Dead fish frame for fishing predatory fish comprising a clip (1) intended to penetrate the body of the dead fish and at least one branch line (6, 10) fitted with a hook (7, 11) intended for arm said fish, said clip (1) forming a loop (5), to which said branch line is connected, characterized in that said loop (5) is open and is extended on both sides by two parallel rectilinear parts (2 , 16) and in that a winding (18, 19), independent of said clip, encloses said parallel rectilinear parts.  2 - Dead fish frame according to claim 1, characterized in that said winding (19) is constituted by an element attached to the frame. 3 - Dead fish frame according to claim 1, further comprising a malleable wire (12) for fixing said fish to the frame, characterized in that said winding (18) enclosing said parallel rectilinear parts (2, 16) is formed by said malleable wire itself. 4 - Dead fish frame according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that one (16) of said parallel parts of the clip (1) is terminated by a projecting hook (17).
