Abstract

The invention relates to a parlour game based on strategy and capable of being played by 2, 3 or 4 people. It consists of a board divided into 4 equal parts 1 which are themselves subdivided into squares, four of which are special squares 2. It is played with the aid of cubic pieces of two types: simple cubic pieces and pieces having chamfered edges, known as master pieces.

The present invention relates to a strategy-based board game.

 Its originality lies in the fact that it can be played in 2, 3 or 4, each player can decide at any time to ally with another or to separate from it.

The material support of the Game consists of the following elements:
- A square board, one of the faces of which is divided into four equal parts of different colors, each of which is itself divided into 100 boxes. On each of these parts (or territory) 4 boxes with a particular role are identified by hatching or any other means (color, drawings, etc.) and marked with a number. The 4 boxes of the first part are marked 1, those of the second 2, etc ...

 - Four series of 32 simple cubic pawns. All these pawns have two neutral sides, the other four being the color of one of the parts of the board. The pawns of a series robin are marked on their six sides with the number of the series to which they belong (from 1 to 4).

 - Four series of 4 so-called marten pawns, identical to the previous ones, but distinguishing themselves however, the edges being for example: chamfered and golden.

 According to a preferred embodiment, the plate is bordered on two of its sides of boxes allowing the storage of the pins.

 According to a variant, the tray can include a number of boxes other than 40C, or even be rectangular.

The operation of the game is as follows
At the start of the game, the pawns are arranged as shown in Figure 3. Each player is assigned a territory and the pawns therein.

 Each one can, in turn: Either move one of his pawns, either ally with a player, separate from it, or even ally with another.

 The pawns move in all directions, but take only diagonally. Simple pawns move only one space at a time, the master pawns of several (like the Queen in chess), but without jumping other pawns.

 To ally with another, the player must turn over all of his pawns, without changing them, so that they have on their upper side the same color as that of the pawns of the player with whom he wants to ally.

 A territory is said to be occupied when its 4 particular spaces are all occupied by opposing pawns all turned on the same color.

 When a territory remains occupied for two turns, the corresponding player is eliminated, and his remaining pawns are removed from play.

 The game consists in eliminating the opponent = ire, salt or with an ally, by taking all his pawns or by occupying his territory for two turns.

 The winner is the one who remains alone, or the one with the most pawns left at the end of the game if a time limit has been agreed upon at the start of the game.
