Abstract

The parlour game educates the players in financial matters, using a box divided into compartments to provide a playing circuit and to accommodate the constituent parts such as pawns, cards and ships. The circuit is metallic to provide good pawn adhesion, a pack of hazard cards together with a pack of departure cards are included, and cards are dealt by a draw-bar which traverses the board. The bar has a centre stop and uses recesses to slide cards off the bottom of packs located by pockets opening out on the slideway. The circuit includes 150 squares in a maze together with 69 blank squares and a start square. In addn. there may be salvage squares, colour-coded squares, treasure squares and hazard squares.

The present invention relates to Board Games of the educational type, enabling young and old to assimilate financial or material transactions.

 In known games of this genre, too long a timing does not allow players to be intensively interested in the phases of the game, such a drawback makes renewal difficult. Indeed, the too long time which is allowed, lets the players go gradually towards boredom. We know other games in which we gradually use their different elements that we place outside the game area, these have the disadvantage of letting players believe that it is necessary that the all the pieces are visible.

 This game, object of the invention, makes it possible to avoid these drawbacks.

In this one, in fact, it is possible to use the track like the box which contains very useful compartments without having to search, spread or move the pieces, which is very important in the rest of the game.

 The game, object of the invention, includes a preferably metallic track, which allows to use pawns symbol of motorized canoes, magnetized. This means ensures perfect adhesion of the two elements and prevents the involuntary displacement of the pins. Boat cards, also metallic, facilitate the arrangement of magnetized boats acquired during the game. These elements consist of two thin metal sheets, covered on one side by a cardboard, and on the other by a thin sheet of laminated paper where certain annotations essential for the game appear. These two metal plates are joined together by a flexible hinge which gives them the appearance of a small book. And finally, a box of great importance.
