Abstract
Description
La présente invention concerne un extracteur réceptacle de filtre de Greenfield ou apparentés. Depuis de très nombreuses années la maladie thrombo-embolique relève dans certains cas d'une interruption partielle de veine cave. Ces interruptions partielles de veine cave ont pour but d'éviter la récidive embolique notamment lorsqu'il y a une contre-indication au traitement classique ou traitement anticoagulant. Depuis une dizaine d'années les techniques ont beaucoup évolué. Cela consiste sous anesthésie locale à dénuder chirurgicalement une grosse veine#périphérîque soit la veine jugulaire interne, soit la veine fémorale. La voie jugulaire interne est la plus utilisée actuellement. Lorsque cette veine est denudée on introduit un cathéter de gros calibre contenant à son extrémité distale une prothèse endo-vasculaire.
