It comprises a single plate (1) and two independent jaws (4, 5) both connected to a single engagement and release mechanism (17) arranged so that the withdrawal of the mechanism (17) in order to release one of the jaws (4) releases the other jaw (5) from its holding point and enables it then to adopt one or the other of its two possible stable positions.
