Abstract

The invention relates to an interlock system allowing rapid assembly of elements of tubular metal structures. The interlock is made up of a male part, of a female part and of a collar. The male part comprises, at its end, a rounded narrowed reinforcing piece 1 followed by a tapered part 2 as well as a cylindrical load-bearing part 3 which ends in a bead 4 serving as a stop and allowing clamping. This assembly is fashioned directly on one end of the tubes to be assembled. The female part, located at the opposite end of these same tubes, comprises a bead 6 forming a stop and allowing clamping with that of the male part 4. The collar 5 is composed of two screw-assembled ends with an internal groove having conical sides. Such a device allows end-to-end assembly in a rapid and rigid fashion of elements of metal structures made up of one or more tubes. This equipment is mainly intended for show business, spectacles, and cultural, sporting and political meetings.

une partie cylindrique (3! porteuse ajustée au diamètre intérieur de la partie femelle réceptive,
un bourrelet (/1) servant de renfort ainsi que r'e butre lors de l'emboitement de la pièce mâle dans une pièce femelle.
