Abstract

The invention relates to a novel type of bandage for medical use. This bandage for medical use consists of a piece of flexible and elastic material, whose shape is substantially that of a rectange with one of the long sides surmounted by at least one substantially triangular side piece. The two edges of the piece forming the two short sides of the rectange are joined together, or comprise means for linking them together, so that the said piece forms a sheath. The end of a strap 5, 6 is fixed to the vertex of each triangular side piece 2, 3.
