Abstract

Dispositif de transmission de la puissance pour un véhicule à quatre roues motrices utilisant un freinage dynamique d'un moteur électrique. Il comporte un mécanisme principal de transmission 41 vers des roues motrices principales 44, un mécanisme auxiliaire de transmission comprenant un arbre 42 vers des roues motrices auxiliaires 47, un moteur électrique 1 disposé dans le mécanisme auxiliaire de transmission et comprenant un rotor 2 et un stator 3, l'un des deux ayant des bornes de sortie, et une résistance 6 reliée aux bornes de sortie. Le moteur fonctionne en génératrice. L'énergie produite par la différence de rotation du stator et du rotor est convertie en énergie électrique dissipée par la résistance. L'arbre de sortie du moteur électrique produit un couple compatible avec la différence de vitesse. L'invention permet de mieux adapter le couple exercé sur les roues avant et les roues arrière d'un véhicule à quatre roues motrices selon le terrain et les virages.
