CE PROCEDE CONSISTE EN UN ECHANGE D'ESPECES CHIMIQUES ENTRE UNE PHASE STATIONNAIRE CHARGEE EN ALCOYL- 7-HYDROXY-8-QUINOLEINE ET LA PHASE AQUEUSE D'ALUMINATE DE SODIUM ET EST CARACTERISE PAR LE FAIT QUE LA TENEUR EN ALCOYL 7-HYDROXY-8-QUINOLEINE EST SUPERIEURE A 100 GRAMMES PAR LITRE DE SUPPORT. APPLICATION A L'INDUSTRIE DE L'ALUMINE.THE OBJECT OF THE INVENTION IS A PROCESS FOR RECOVERING THE GALLIUM CONTAINED IN A SODIUM ALUMINATE SOLUTION. THIS PROCESS CONSISTS OF AN EXCHANGE OF CHEMICAL SPECIES BETWEEN A STATIONARY PHASE CHARGED WITH ALCOYL- 7-HYDROXY-8-QUINOLEINE AND THE AQUEOUS PHASE OF SODIUM ALUMINATE AND IS CHARACTERIZED BY THE FACT THAT THE ALCOHYL CONTENT 7-HYDROXY-8 -QUINOLEINE IS GREATER THAN 100 GRAMS PER LITER OF SUPPORT.
