Abstract

The present invention relates to a safety stopper preventing the refilling of a bottle, characterised in that it comprises a cylindrical body 3 whose upper and lower bases 5 are pierced with passage orifices 7, 10 for liquid and a flexible valve 2 open at its lower section and provided at its upper section with a slit substantially parallel to the bases of the said body, the lower section of this valve being fixed on the lower base 5 of the stopper in such a way as to cover the passage orifices 7 thereof.
