Abstract

The invention relates to a treatment apparatus with light-weight structures, making it possible to perform spraying operations on diverse plots and crops requiring either protection or precision of application. It consists of a small carriage 1 of the wheelbarrow type, carried by at least one wheel 2 of a pump motor group 3 intended for supplying sprayed liquids, of an assembly of motor controls 6, 7, 8 within hand's reach, of regulation distributions 9, 10, 11, and diverse spraying devices, including an outdoor-type spraying boom for large surface areas to be sprayed without special precautions, a spraying boom with lateral protections 4 for precision spraying operations, and a lance with pipes for spraying operations at a distance. This assembly of combined devices, taking into account that the wheels placed in the centre, the spraying systems always placed at the front, permit, due to their light weight, quite exceptional ease of driving and guiding, regardless of the spraying tasks for which they are intended.

Description of the material subject of our patent application
Presentation: small trolley (1) like wheelbarrow to push with 2 stretchers with in the center a light wheel (2) with large diameter tire.

Can also be fitted with 2 wheels with variable track from 40 to 70 centimeters.

 At the rear, a motor pump group (3) is placed, the front is designed to simultaneously receive the spraying devices.

Description of equipment
Croup motor pump, 2-stroke engine 21 cm3 of displacement and variable flow pump from 5 to 15 liters per minute at pressure from 0 to 15 bars.

 The engine controls and spraying devices placed on the handles (6) of the stretchers include the engine stop and start contact (7), the acceleration control (8), the control (s) (9) opening and closing of the distributor or distributors (10) supplying the various spraying devices, the adjustable flow regulator (11) controlled by a pressure gauge.

The particularity of this device, equipped with single-wheel equipment, makes it easy to maneuver whatever the conditions and condition of the terrain. With its equipment placed at the front, being able to control very closely the interline passages1 as well as the monitoring of the spray lines, whatever their forms.

 According to one embodiment, the variable-width boom is equipped with 1 to 8 nozzle holders (14) with adjustable spacings, provided with interchangeable jets (23) of different types.

 The lateral spray protection devices constituted by 2 panels (4) right and left are each held by 2 telescopic rods (19) entering the support tubes provided with locking screws (22) allowing the adjustment of the spacings at the desired width.

 In the case of a lance spraying device, the flow adjustment device is made by tap (20) provided with a spraying nose (21) with interchangeable tips.

Claims (5)

HEVENDICATIONS  1) Spraying device characterized in that it comprises a wheelbarrow part (1) with stretchers and at least one central wheel (2) for perfect balance, the pump motor group (3) at the rear, the various beginnings of handy operation on stretchers (6).  2) Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the distribution is done by 1 or 2 valves (12) with manual closing with a flow adjustment calibrated by a tap (11) with progressive closing controlled by a pressure gauge.  3) spraying device according to claim 1 or 2 characterized by a variable width boom equipped with 1 to 8 nozzle holders (11 with adjustable spouts, provided with interchangeable jets (23) of different types, this device placed at the front of the device being adjustable in height by slides (13).  4) Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is equipped with lateral spray protection devices constituted by 2 panels (4) right and left each held by 2 telescopic rods (19) entering into the support tubes provided with unlocking screws (22) allowing the adjustment of the spacings to the desired width.  5) lance spraying device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized by a device for adjusting the flow rate by tap (20) of a spray nose (21) with interchangeable tips.
