Abstract

L'invention concerne des dispositifs de rattrapage du jeu axial et radial et un auto-fonctionnement permettant d'obtenir une amélioration des rendements volumétrique et mécanique de pompe volumétrique du type à piston oscillant. Une pièce de compression radiale 3 plaque un piston 1 sur un corps 2. Une pièce de compression axiale 8 agit sur une plaque avant 10, munie d'un orifice d'équilibre des pressions 11, qui appuie le piston 1 sur une plaque arrière 12. Le piston 1 possède une fente dans laquelle un élément élastique permet un contact rigoureux du piston avec un diaphragme 19. Une glace tournante 27 appuie en permanence sur une contreface fixe 24 composant ainsi une garniture d'étanchéité. Les dispositifs selon l'invention sont particulièrement destinés aux pompes volumétriques effectuant en chimie et parachimie des opérations de transfert basse et haute pression.
