Abstract

Device for measuring inclination of any plane with respect to the horizontal. The invention relates to a device which is very simple to handle, it consists of a box 11 with a flat bottom 8 and having a circular window 9; a glass cylinder 1 partially filled with a liquid 7, therefore having a gas bubble 6 and two circular indicators 4 and 5; the aforementioned cylinder is diametrically fixed to a second cylinder 2 having one or more indicators, the said cylinder is concentric with a cylinder 3 having graduations on its periphery. The device according to the invention is intended in particular for the building and civil engineering trade.

Pour des mesures d'inclinaison classiques on peut utiliser un niveau connu à bulle enfermée dans un tube de verre,solidaire à la partie plane de l'objet, mais la mesure devient impossible, par disparition de la bulle, lorsque le tube de verre n'est plus 3 l'horizontale. I1 en resulte qu'on cherche d'abord l'horizontale au moyen de ce niveau puis qu'on mesure l'inclinaison de la surface incl-.née par rapport à l'horizontale au moyen d'un rapporteur ou d'un instrument analogue .Cette méthode de mesure présente de nombreux inconvenients surtout en ce qui concerne le manque de précision et la complexitèe de la mesure
L'invention a pour but de réaliser un instrument prmettant de mesurer n'importe quel angle d'inclinaison à n'importe quel degrés d'inclinaison, et notamment,d'une manipulation tres simple.

L'instrument de mesure d'inclinaison suivant 1' invention est caractèrisé en ce qu'il comprend:un boitier ayant un fond plat destiné à venir en contact avec la surface dont on veut déterminer l'inclinanson,une fênetre circulaire,menagéc- dans le boitior precité;un cylindre de verre cu de matiere transparente partiellement rempli d'un liquide et possedant donc une bulle de gaz et ce cylindre est muni de deux indexes circulaires éloignés d'une distance égale à la longueur de la bulle de gaz lorsque ce cylindre est à l'horizontale;;le dit cylindre est solidaire et diamétrallement fixé à un second cylindre qul est concentrique à un troisième cylindre possédant des graduation en degreE,pourcentage,ou une autre unité , fixé à la fenêtre de l'objet de telle sorte que le second cylindre puisse pivoter et indiquer,à l'aide d'un indexe, la graduation corespondant à l'inclinaison lorsque le cylindre possedant la bulle de gaz est à l'horizontale.;
L'invention sera mieu::: comprise à la lecture de la description detaillée qui suit et à l'examen des dessins annexes qui representent à titre d'exmple non limitatif un mode de realisarion de l'invention
