Description

PEINTURE POUR GAZON
La présente invention concerne une peinture blanche destinée au marquage des lignes des terrains de sports gazonnés (Football, Rugby, Hockey, Tennis...).
Traditionnellement, le marquage des terrains de sports se fait à l'aide de plâtre ou de chaux qui possède plusieurs inconvénients
- Effacement rapide par piètinementS chute de pluieS vent. I1 en résulte qu'un traçage, voire 2 par semaines sont obligatoires (pour 1 terrain : 4 à 500 Kg de plâtre par mois).
- Disparition totale de gazon à l'emplacement des tracés, amoncellement dur de produit qui devient dangereux pour les joueurs.Risque d'entorses, de chutes, écorchures,infections
- Stockage nécessitant un volume important.
- Mise en oeuvre difficile en cas de pluie ou d'humidité importante.
Les objectifs de l'invention sont donc de remédier aux défauts évoqués.
L'objectif principal de l'invention n'est donc plus de tracer le sol à l'aide d'une poudre de marquage, mais de teinter le gazon à l'emplacement des lignes, à l'aide d'un produit non toxique, blanc, résistant aux intempéries et aux piétinements, permettant toujours la pousse du gazon.
Autre objectif de l'invention, un travail plus propre, une manutention plus aisée, un stockage plus facile, 8 litres de produit suffisent pour tracer 1 terrain.
Le conditionnement de la peinture se fait en bidon de 10 litres.
Autre objectif du fait de la résistance du produit aux intempéries, traçages moins fréquents, 1 fois tous les 15 jours et réduction du coût des tracés.
A cet effet, la peinture de marquage visée par l'invention se compose essentiellement d'eau colorée à l'aide de blanc de Troyes à laquelle on ajoute un solvant organique qui se mélange à l'eau et permet une meilleure homogénéisation et un temps de séchage plus rapide (le butanol).
Il convient d'ajouter un liant diluable à l'eau.
(Produit à base de dispersion acrylique qui joue le rôle de fixateur et permet au produit de résister aux intempéries et aux piétinements.
Composition pour 1 litre d'eau
- 100 g de colorant : blanc de Troyes,
- 10 ml de butanol,
- 50 ml de liant.
La fabrication du produit s'effectue de la manière suivante
Dans 1 litre d'eau, ajouter 100 g de blanc de Troyes, secouer vigoureusement, ajouter 10 ml de butanol puis 50 ml de liant à base de dispersion acrylique. Bien secouer avant l'em- ploi.
Stockage en bidons fermés hermétiquement à l'abri du gel.
Mise en oeuvre de la peinture à l'aide d'un appareil spécialement conçu, dont l'invention fait l'objet d'une demande de brevet parallèlement à la demande pour le produit ci-dessus.
Le produit peut également etre obtenu avec une proportion de colorant variant entre 35 et2O g par litre d'eau, entre 4 ml et 50 ml de solvant organique par litre d'eau, et entre 5 et 100 ml de liant à base de dispersion acrylique par litre d'eau.

Claims (7)

REVENDICATIONS
1/ Peinture de marquage pour les terrains de sports en gazon pouvant être pulvérisée, étant composée d'eau, de colorant, d'un solvant et d'un liant.
2/ Peinture de marquage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le colorant est une poudre minérale mélangée à l'eau.
3/ Peinture de marquage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le solvant organique se mélangeant à l'eau est du butanol.
4/ Peinture de marquage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le liant est un produit à base de dispersion acrylique.
5/ Peinture de marquage selon l'une des revendications précédentes comprenant une proportion de colorant comprise entre 35 et 260 g par litre d'eau.
6/ Peinture de marquage selon l'une des revendications précédentes comprenant une proportion de solvant comprise entre 4ml et 50ml par litre d'eau.
7/ Peinture de marquage selon l'une des revendications précédentes comprenant une proportion de liant à base de dispersion acrylique comprise entre 5 et 100ml par litre d'eau.
