Abstract

System of reconfigurable modules allowing mass presentation, on a reduced scale, of architectural projects in general and of individual houses in particular, characterised in that the possibilities are many and that the assembly is easily handled and transported. In the present application is comprises a support plane 1 perforated at regular intervals, modules 3 of given dimensions which are magnetised on the various faces comprising a stud on the lower face allowing their positioning on the support, metal or ferrite plates 6 showing the façades, the gables and the roofs, which are fixed onto the modules, a series of magnetic accessories 7, 8, 9 intended to finish off the appearance of the presentation, such as windows, doors, chimneys, skylights, etc. The invention is here applied to the presentation of construction projects for individual houses.

La présente invention concerne un système de maquettes modulaires permettant la présentation de projets architecturaux en général, et en particulier des modèles de maisons individuelles
Actuellement la présentation des projets architecturauH à l'aide de maquettes fiHes, implique autant de maquettes que de projets, ce qui grève les coûts et nécessite des délais de réalisation importants. Par ailleurs ces maquettes sont fixes, donc encombrantes, difficilement transportables, et qénéralement fraqiles.

Par ailleurs il est possible de référencer chaque élément constitutif et de le doter d'un système d'identification (code, symbole, code-barre, etc.) qui en permette un reperage façile et éventuellemnt un chiffrage rapide.
