Abstract

The term "wall parts" is understood to mean a lid part 1, a bottom part 2 and lateral parts 3, 5, 6. A tear-off strip 7 passes over the totality of a wall part (lid part 1) and over at least a fraction of the lateral parts 5, 6 connected to the said wall part, and these same lateral parts 5, 6, have tear-off zones 8, 9 which run transversely to the tear-off strip 7. The invention relates, in particular, to boxes for deep-frozen food products.

La présente invention concerne une botte formée de parties de parois, telles que de couverture, de fond et latérales, dont au moins une comporte une zone d'arrachage. De telles bottes sont connues et utilisées par exemple pour l'emballage d'aliments surgelés. De façon connue, on prévoyait généralement sur une partie de paroi de ces bottes une zone d'arrachage sous la forme de lignes perforées afin d'accéder plus facilement au contenu de ltemballage d'apres l'arrachage dans cette zone. Les bottes précédentes de ce genre sont cependant grevées d'inconvénients.En particulier, en dépit des zones d'arrachage précitées, il n'était pas possible d'accéder facilement au contenu de l'emballage ou bien il était nécessaire de déchirer davantage l'emballage lors du prélèvement du contenu, si bien que, par exemple, un prélèvement partiel du contenu et une réutilisation de l'emballage avec le restant du contenu n'étaient pas possibles.BOX FORMED FROM PARTS OF WALLS AT LEAST ONE WITH

In particular, despite the abovementioned tear-off zones, it was not possible to easily access the contents of the package or else it was necessary to tear more packaging when the contents were removed, so that, for example, partial removal of the contents and reuse of the packaging with the rest of the contents was not possible.

Claims

1. Boot, formed by parts of walls such as cover (1) of bottom (2) and lateral (3, 4, 5, 6) of which at least one has a tear-off zone, characterized in that a tear tape (7) passes over an entire wall part (cover part 1) and over at least a fraction of the side parts (5, 6) which are attached to said wall part and that these same parts side (5, 6) have tearing zones (8, 9) which run transversely to the tear strip (7).

2. Boot according to claim 1, composed of a cut in one or more parts with parts of walls and parts of flaps which are attached to the latter, characterized in that the side parts (5, 6) are formed by the flap parts (10) connected to the cover part (1) and further by the flap parts (11) connected to the bottom part (2) and that the tear tape (7) extends on the flap parts (10) and the cover part (1), and the tear-off zones (8, 9) transversely on the flap parts (11).

3. Boot according to claim 2 characterized in that from the tear-off zones (8, 9), each time another (13) runs in the direction of the edge (14) of the flap parts (11) .

4. Boot according to any one of claims 1 to 3 characterized in that the tear tape (7) ends, on the flap parts (10), in stamped tabs (15).

5. Boot according to any one of claims 1 to 4 characterized in that the wall parts and flap parts of said box are formed of a single piece cut (Figure 1).
