Abstract

The present invention relates to a device making it possible to make a very accurate cut at a fixed angle for all shapes of wood, metal or other materials and particularly framing strips (mouldings). In this case, a cut at 45 DEG is the most frequent. This device includes a rigid plinth 1, guides 4 and 4bis, 5 and 5bis, such that the space lying between them allows a panel 6 to slide freely and without play, whilst remaining perpendicular to the plinth 1. A bought-out (commercially available) saw 7 is mounted on the panel 6. Guides 12 and 12bis, fixed to the plinth, form an angle of 45 DEG , on either side of the plane of the saw-holding panel. The section to be cut will be held against the guide through the use of a wedge 13, itself loaded by a cam 15. The wedge 12 is locked longitudinally by a key 14 penetrating into the plate 1 through a slot 13bis. Finally, a sliding rule equipped with a stop piece is incorporated into the wedge 13.

La présente invention est relative à un dispositif permettant de réaliser une coupe angulaire fixe d'une grande précision de tous les profils en bois , en métal ou autres et notamment des moulures d'encadrement.Dans ce cas l'angle de coupesera de 450 (coupe dit d'onglet
Les dispositifs éxistants sont:
-soit des boites à onglets , réalisées en bois, en matières plastiques ou en métal.Cet outillage trés simple et peu coûte#x, manque de précision angulaire.L'usure des fentes guidant la lame de scie est trés rapide , rendant la coupe totalement imprécise.Enfin le blocage du profil, au moment de la coupe , est soit inéxistant soit difficile à utiliser.

La pièce 9 est presque identique à la pièce 8 à ceci prés qu'à l'opposé de l'extrémité recourbée 9 est coudée l'équerre et perçue d'un trou.
