Abstract

The device comprises two arches 1, 2 in the shape of a C with rectilinear sides, assembled with the aid of hinges 3 and which are capable of being incorporated inside the two borders of a purse or the like. The arch 1 carries, projecting, a small disc 5 forming a pusher which is capable of coupling, upon closure, with a tab 7 made in the central part of the opposite arch 2, opening and closing being obtained by means of simple finger pressure.

La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif à encliquetage destiné à être appliqué à un porte-monnaie pour messieurs ou un sac de dame, dont l'originalité réside en ce que ce type particulier de fermeture est obtenu à l'aide d'un petit disque prévu en saillie sur l'un des éléments à fermer, de façon à s'accrocher par pression sur une languette prévue en relief sur l'élément opposé de l'ensemble. Comme montré en fig. 1 et 2, le dispositif comprend deux bâtis en forme de U ou arceaux, auxquels on a affecté les références 1 et 2. Claims

1. Snap-on closure device for a purse or the like, comprising two C-shaped arches (1 and 2) which are joined to one another with articulation (3 and 4) at the ends of their straight sides and which are incorporated into the edges of a purse, handbag or the like, characterized in that on one (1) of the arches protrudes a disc (5) forming a pusher which is clean when the closure to be hooked onto a tongue (7) provided in relief on the central part of the second hoop (2), so as to ensure a solid closure and an easy opening intervening following a simple pressure of the fingers.

2. Closure device according to claim 1, earactérisé in that the disc (5) forming push-button is fixed in the central part of the hoop (1) in a zone (6) which has an inwardly curved profile so that the opening of the device can be obtained by a simple pressure of the finger on the opposite arch.
