Abstract

The present invention relates to a movable pay-out (unreeling) device fitted with supports for reels or hanks of yarn (wire) or of cables or even of tapes. This pay-out (unreeling) device includes several reel supports 19 disposed on the same shaft 7. Each reel support consists of at least four branches 21 which are fixed to a central hub 20, which rotates the assembly. Each branch 21 is provided with a telescopic system 21, 24 having a spring 23 supporting articulated spindles 27. The reel-carrier assembly 19 is mounted on a movable support which includes an interlockable frame 13 and 14 and at least one shaft 15 receiving the reel carriers. A U-shaped coupling bar 18 prevents entanglement of the material to be payed out (unreeled).
