Abstract

The container is removable, made from metal which is a good conductor of heat and has a flat bottom. The latter is in contact with a thick plate made from a metal which is a good conductor of heat, of the same size, diffusing the cold produced by the incorporated refrigerating generator which can operate either by means of the Peltier effect, or by means of a conventional refrigerating set. The perforated blades of the spatula are tangential to the bottom of the container. The device makes it possible to achieve good transmission of the cold, to enhance homogeneous expansion of the mixture to be frozen, to easily remove the container and to simplify its cleaning.
