Abstract

ACCORDING TO THE INVENTION, THE HANDLE 10 IS COMPLIANT SO THAT THE POWER CORD 15 IS WOUND AROUND THE HANDLE IN A LONGITUDINAL DIRECTION, A SLOT 19 BEING MADE AT ONE END OF THE HANDLE IN WHICH THE CORD IS HOSTED WHEN IT IS WOUNDED AROUND THE HANDLE.
