Abstract

Bag made of plastic material or of paper, characterised in that there is folded longitudinally, and in a manner which is more pronounced at its ends, a tubular sheet 1 which forms the bag, in order to obtain a right prism having, as a base, a regular polygon with an even number of sides, greater than four, and preferably greater than six, and in that each lateral face 5 of this right prism is folded longitudinally towards the inside, with the exception of two opposite lateral faces 4, 4a, forming two half-faces 5a, 5b which are closed in bellows fashion against the opposite lateral faces 4, 4a forming an edge 6 in such a way that, in order to form the bottom of the bag, this edge 6 which holds the folded panels together and fixes them is welded to a support disc 2, inside the bag, and in that in order to form the neck of the bag, at the opposite end to the base, the folded panels are reinforced at the location of the faces 4, 4a and regularly pierced in order to be traversed by a closing string 3.
