PROTHESE D'UNE CHEVILLE ARTICULEE POUR HANDICAPE. L'INVENTION CONSISTE EN UNE ROTULE 7 ET SA CUVETTE 1 EN ACIER MONTEE SUR UN PIED QUI PEUT ETRE COMPOSE DE TOUTE MATIERE (BOIS OU PLASTIQUE). CETTE ROTULE 7 EST FIXEE A UN TUBE EN ALUMINIUM 5, REMPLACANT LE PILON, AVEC UN RESSORT 6. LA ROTULE PIVOTE DANS LA CUVETTE 1, LE RESSORT 6 LA RAMENANT DANS SA POSITION NORMALE LORSQU'ON LEVE LE PIED, CE QUI PERMET TOUTES LES POSITIONS DU PIED COMPARABLES A CELLE DU PIED HUMAIN (INEGALITES DU SOL, ETC.).

Description

DESOPPTION
tes prothèses actuelles permettant la marche a un ampute n'ont pas la souplesse du modèle ci-dessous présenté.
Celle-ci permet la marche sur tous les sols inégaux (cdil- loux etc...), la montée, la descente et est utilisée depuis plus d'un an par son inventeur (plus de 500 kms en cette triode sans usure constate à ce jour).
Cette cheville est indpendante du moignon qui ce ce fait ne ressent pas les variances lors de la marche sur terrain ccci dente'.Plusieurs docteurs ont constaté de visu les progrès apporté dans la marche par cette cheville et ont encouragé la présentation de ce dossier.
Ce dispositif se fixe sur un pied (en bois ou en plastique) grace selon -la figure 2 à une petite plaque métallique (1s) ,dimension carte @) jouer, avec quatre vis (9).La figure 2 représente la cuvette(1), en acier trait, fixe sur cette plaque.
La figure 1 représente une rotule (7) , en acier traité égale- ment, qui pivote dans tous les sens selon la marche, dans la cuvette (1).Cette rotule (7) est elle même fixée sur un tube aluminium (5), qu s'adapte au genou (comme le pilon).
Le dispositif représente sur la @igure , le ressort (6) qui est fixé dons le bas par une équeite (8) vissée (9), figure 4, sur la plaque métallique (io) et sur le tube, en haut.
par une plaque (4) visse (3).
Ce ressort et sa fixation permet la souplesse de l'ensemble.
Pour les handicapés ce système s'adapte immédiatement à la place du pilon (adaptation au senou et vissage de la plaque sur le pied) et permet la fonction de marche sans aucune difficulté immédiatement après la pose (aucune adaptation ni rééducation particulière.)
De plus la simplicité et le coût modique de ce système lui donne un prix de revient très modeste.

Claims (4)

REVENDICATIONS
1) Dispositif permettant souplesse d'une prothèse de la cheville pour amputé, caractérisé par une plaque métallique (10)
s'adaptant au pied et d'un tube d'aluminium (5) remplaçant
le pilon et s'adaptant au genou.
2) Dispositif, selon re$vendicationl , caractérisé par
une cuvette en acier(1) fixée sur cette plaque métallique (1n)
et de sa rotule (7) pivotant dans la cuvette (1).
3) Dispositif , selon revendication1, caractárisa en ce que
la rotule (7) est fixée à un tube aluminium (5), remplaçant
le pilon.
4) Dispositif, selon revendication 1, cardctérisé en ce
q'un ressort (6) permettant la souplesse de l'ensemble est
fixé en bas (8) et (9) sur la plaque métallique (12) et sur
le tube en aluminium (4) et(3).
